Veelzijdige tool die niet gebruiksvriendelijk is

Opmerkingen: Ik vind het een enorme complexe tool waarvoor ook andere tooling beschikbaar is in de markt die wel gebruiksvriendelijk is.

Pluspunten:

Je kan heel veel kanten op met adobe campaign. Vooral als je kennis hebt van email html.

Minpunten:

Weinig drag en drop mogelijkheden waardoor het voor een marketeer zonder HTML skills bijna niet te doen is om gemakkelijk en snel een email op te maken. Ook kan je heel makkelijk iets om laten vallen waardoor de tooling niet echt dummy proof is.

Adobe Campaign is one of the best marketing automation platforms I have used, it is very solid and something that I can highlight after 3 years of testing it is its versatility and scalability. With features that go beyond email to include SMS, push notifications, and even Whatsap integrtion, it's a well-crafted piece of software from Adobe that serves to reach a wide audience, now capable of reaching over a billion users with its new V8 architecture.I like that the platform is designed with real-time responsiveness in mind, allowing you to run multiple automated campaigns simultaneously and edit them on the fly without pausing and restarting.

Minpunten:

It is a platform for people who have used similar software and who already have some knowledge, otherwise I don’t considr it user friendly, the learning curve is long, it has many functions and its menu for new users can be confusing, its interface is not the best of all.Another negative point is that it is a platform that is very closed to the Adobe ecosystem.

Opmerkingen: Adobe Campaign experience is good in day by day campaign management, creation and delivery. The implementation and adoption curve was a little bit more complicated compared to the previous tool. In order to exploit advanced features a constant IT support is required. In order to leverage on campaign insight and kpi we preferred to export raw data on external data visualization tools

The overall campaign management and advanced workflows management. Also content personalization could be done creating custom content blocks.

Minpunten:

The campaign analytics features are below the expectations as well as the integration with other Adobe tools (eg. Adobe Analytics)

It also provides us with the option of creating a personalized dashboard that allows us to configure it to our liking and puts all of the capabilities at our fingers.

The only issue is that you might need to be a little techie to understand the platform and make the best use of it for great results

Multichannel marketing with Adobe

Opmerkingen: The local support is top, they have support for the area where I live. The price is something to consider for that reason the demo period was requested, which so far their work is fluent.

Pluspunten:

Adobe's best feature is campaign automation, from campaign creation to results analysis. It also includes integration with the entire Adobe line (Analytics, Experience Manager).

Minpunten:

The cost and previous experience to take advantage of all the resources provided by the software are the main negative. In the case of the former, it limits its use to commercial companies and in the case of the latter, to the hiring of qualified personnel.

nothing at all. It turned out to be an extremely expensive batch-and-bash email platform.

Dreadful implementation; links between different modules didn't work; sophisticated segmentation never worked in 2 years. An extremely expensive white elephant.

With this software we can create attractive and easy to do campaigns, very creative and promising, I consider Adobe Campaign one of the best solutions for marketing, outreach and email. Another great advantage is the templates that are ready to use, and if you are familiar with more Adobe products, you can get the most out of this tool. -It combines conveniently with other Adobe products, such as Adobe Target or Adobe Experience Manager, improving the quality of work, communication and getting better results. -Email campaigns are very effective and easy to update to keep customers up to date on products and services. -We can plan effectively with the right customer data, provided through the infrastructure offered by Adobe Campaign. -Streamline sales channels.

Minpunten:

The support is not the best, communicating mainly by email is not the most accurate for a tool like this, solutions and answers are slower this way. Another unattractive aspect is the price, if the customer support was better or at least existing, the balance would be fairer.

Pluspunten:

I have to honest I have been an Adobe fan for years. Why?? I take a ton of Photos that where I tripped over and I have looked and studied everything they do that is on the market. It all comes down to reading reviews, talking topeople who have Adobe software and talking to the venduers. "Never once was I disappointed.

Minpunten:

The cost would have to be the only thing. But then again "You get what you pay for. In Adobe's case you get a lot more than what you pay for.

I use adobe e-sign to send new hire documents to all new employees and this software is very convenient and easy to use. You can attach multiple documents at the same time and still send heavy sized files in fraction of seconds. You can store multiple templates to the library and can send documents to multiple people at the same time thru mega sign feature.

A little complicated dashboard since they highlight all the features of the product on a single page.

It's a great application for sending agreement documents online. The PDF and Esignature help me accomplish my admin tasks easily and effectively. It simplifies the process which allows me to serve more clients. I often use Adobe Marketing Cloud for my Marketing campaign because the features allow you to create marketing brochures and newsletters that fit your target thus more customer engagement. In one tool, you can easily manage your email, ads, and campaign brochures. Its templates and content have designs suitable for businesses and professionals.

Minpunten:

The pricing can be costly but it is a good investment because of quality of its digital content. There are tools for marketing that can be at no cost but what you if you would compare, this software would attract more clients for your business.

Adobe Marketing Cloud offers excellent analytics and reports. It offers strong email and social media marketing. It is very useful in search engine optimization, website development and optimizing the landing page of website . It is one of the best marketing tool.

Minpunten:

Adobe Marketing Cloud is not a free tool, it require payment. It is a complicated tool to work on. I find Google Analytics little user friendly

Adobe Campaign is a Top-Notch CRM

Opmerkingen: Really, really great product. We moved from a legacy CRM tool that provided us with almost no analytics, and their team wouldn't truly support the legacy CRM that we we're using (somewhat understandable). Adobe has really great campaign building tools, a solid wiziwig feature that allowed us to outsource some work. I also really enjoy the interface and email sending features. Solid product and I would recommend. However, make sure your contract is very detailed and your document of work is itemized and specific.

Pluspunten:

Easy of use and training. Also really enjoy the analytics features.

Minpunten:

The Customer Support can be somewhat suspect at times, but their implementation team was helpful. Also, everything will cost money (although this should go without saying for any mainstay company of Adobe's size)

Usually one says this in a negative light, but this is definitely worth the price. It is one of the most well encompassing platforms out there and can target extremely fine markets.

Minpunten:

Much like all other Adobe products, the price can be a hindrance for some companies. It also lags on older or less powerful machines.

Seems simple - is a LOT to learn

Pluspunten:

Campaign functions all exist, and that's great BUT many of them are difficult to find and less practical than they seem they should be. Is possible our team just hasn't been able to take advantage of the proper tutorials because we are very busy, but it is very involved software. I appreciate that it has reporting though.

Minpunten:

It's no better than other software we've used in the past. I'm just not really impressed. As someone who uses a lot of adobe products and really appreciates the functionality, this is lackluster.

Large-scale performance, huge ecosystems of implementation partners and integration technology allowing for very complex needs to be met.

Expensive and complex to implement (if not done right, it could really hamper author productivity but it's more the implementor vs the platform that could lead to issues)

We have used Adobe Marketing Cloud to make our marketing content uniformly on-brand across different channels. It has greatly improved our workflows and helped our teams deliver exception content on time and beyond expectation.

Minpunten:

We found that the onboarding process was slow at first. Some of our designers wanted to work exclusively within the Creative Cloud initially. However, once we cleared these initial hurdles, we have been very pleased with the results.
