GPS Trackit - Peace of Mind

Opmerkingen: It Works! I am satisfied with the performance of my GPS Trackit.

Pluspunten:

I like the fact that any incursion while driving is recorded by the windshield mounted camera, that records activity in front and behind me with a split screen in real time, recorded into the cloud. But is most like its use as a theft deterrent. Not only does the camera record into the cloud any activity to break into or damage my vehicle, if my vehicle is stolen and the camera removed, the hidden GPS continues to send its location for the police to recover.

Minpunten:

None. There is nothing I do not like about GPS Trackit.

Exceptional Service for Fair Price

UNITS DO NOT READ AT TIMES. SHOWS VEHICLES AT LOCATIONS THEY WERE AT PREVIOUSLY IN REAL TIME.

Keeps Employees and Clients Honest

Opmerkingen: This system has helped me save money by adjusting idle times and route choices employees have taken at time. It also helps me track payroll time because I can track when vehicles enter or leave a geofence. It has also saved me money when a couple former unscrupulous clients have tried to cheat me out of payment by saying we did not do the job. I could send them PDF files with our route, images of where we were and when. After we proved we did our job, we got paid with no further argument. Likewise, we have not had similar occurrences since.

Pluspunten:

The best thing about this system is the ability to account for my vehicles at all times. It is beneficial to also know if there are any things like hard breaking or acceleration going on. I also track other things like routes used and idle time. This saves money and cuts response time down.

Minpunten:

There is not really anything I do not like about it. I like all the functionality even if I do not use all of it all the time. There has been some recent issue with cellular coverage during the switch from 3G to 4G but it was not serious enough to warrant any concern with the software or the devices.

Opmerkingen: Been using for several years and love it. Got my company to implement on several other delivery vehicles and its very cost friendly

Pluspunten:

Its easy to use, allows me to track my driver and assist in navigating different routes. Allows me to know where my driver is to assist in my customer service. Its ability to track minute by minute allows me to plan things out for the day as to when he will arrive

Minpunten:

Its a pretty simple system and the only thing I would suggest is the ability to communicate with the driver some how...maybe just by leaving messages

Great Product

Pluspunten:

We like that we can monitor our trucks activites in a timely fashion. We can look and see where they are and how they are being driven. Its very simple to hop onto the app and pull up the information we are looking for. It has been a great system to have in place at a great value.

We have been fully satisfied with GPS Trackit for what we use it for. We dont need all features however the ones we use we are happy with.

Great Tracker!

Opmerkingen: Definitely like using the tracker. Use it to verify time on jobs as well.

Pluspunten:

Works great for dispatching. Have it pulled up each day and when I get a service call I can see where the closest person is.

Accurate and easy to use.

Opmerkingen: Our experience has been good. They are responsive when we have transponders that are having issues and quick to resolve the problem.

Pluspunten:

The GPS let's me keep track of my service crews throughout the day to tell me where they are in there route. It also saved us when a client accused one of our crews of stealing something out of his garage because he thought he saw out truck. Trackit was able to verify that none of our vehicles were at his house on the day of the theft and I was able to show him where every truck was at the time.

Minpunten:

We just needed something simple and easy to use and this fit the bill. No need of more bells and whistles. We're old school.

Opmerkingen: I've had a pleasant experience. Customer service is great! They are patient and very knowledgeable.

Pluspunten:

GPS's feature to hoover over a point to see street view is helpful when we are trying to pinpoint what job they are at.

Minpunten:

Removing trucks no longer owned from the list is not easy. You have to call for them to do it. it would be more functional if there was an edit feature where you could remove vehicles.

The feature we like the most is the vehicle trail feature. This helps us know where our drivers are or where they were throughout the day.

Minpunten:

It would be nice if there was a better routing software for schools.

Sometimes the App on the computer doesn't update the location unless I refresh the page, then I have to set everything up again on it as I want it.

Pluspunten:

Gives me the basic function of seeing where my vehicles are in a straightforward manner. Android app is convenient even if it is limited in function.

Minpunten:

Trying to do anything outside of the basics of seeing where vehicles are and getting a geofence report is tedious and not intuitive. The UI is clunky and it isn't readily apparent where I need to go to do many tasks. Would like a way to send alerts not only to a company email/mobile but also to the driver of the vehicle.

Opmerkingen: We are a business that picks up jobs during the day and it is good to know where everyone is so we can see who may be closest to a job that might come up.

Pluspunten:

The general features are easy to understand. The maps are easy to read.

Minpunten:

The GPS is not always correct as far as timing. It may show that someone is driving 10 miles away from the shop, and then they suddenly appear at the shop a minute later.
