Customer support is very helpful with the option to chat or call, and the onboarding process was individualized. Payment for the platform is again fairly standard with the options to pay by month or by the year and the payments are auto drafted. This particular bug has a downstream effect on other reports such as ADR as well as others. One feature Lodgify does not support and I hope it does soon is the ability to include short videos to the website.
