System allows us to have multiple calenders for doctor and therapists. Reports of services provided, missed or rescheduled appointments help our office keep accurate stats.
I find that with our part time employee it is difficult to change her availability around of appointments.

Love it!
Pluspunten:
The ability to schedule multiple appts and mark them accordingly.

That it times out so quickly and the small print size when trying to print.

Scheduling software that fit our use case, but not like a glove.
Opmerkingen: We have used EZnet Scheduler for several years now with satisfactory results. Everyone on staff has asked for an app for their phone though. Unsure why this hasn't been created yet.
Pluspunten:
This software was easily adaptable to our type of business and allowed the flexibility to change parameters to meet our specific resource types. It was relatively easy to customize and we were able to get started fairly quickly. Sends Text and/or email notifications to both the technician, and if needed, the customer.
Minpunten:
No mobile app. You navigate to the site via a mobile browser and it is difficult to see and manipulate the various appointments created. If you have the credentials to change the schedule, you can accidentally move the appointments around without any confirmation request.

We are in the process of adding two new features (testing mode) including two-way text messaging which is directly integrated into the calendar and updates appointments automatically. The other new feature coming out soon is IntelliVu digital job board with a Kanban view with drag and drop capability to update the status of a job/project/task and notify internal stakeholders as well as your customers. Good but lacking important features

I like that it’s fairly easy to use and easy to navigate.
Minpunten:
I wish there it wouldn’t tell you WHO scheduled an appointment as well as a time stamp with the date and time that user scheduled the appointment. It also is not very mobile friendly

Thank you Jordanna for your review. To view who created an appointment, select "Appointment Report" from Reports menu. Click "Run report" button. Then, you'll see who created the appointment and the creation date as well as modification information to the appointment. You are able to select which fields to display on this report in the "Display basic fields" drop-down menu from "Display Options" section in the middle of the window. We are in the process of adding new features including Enhanced Text Messaging which allows two-way text messages which automatically update the Scheduler, and IntelliVu digital job board which enables a Kanban view with drag and drop capability to improve workflow. Simple to learn and set up. Not overly pricey. We won’t from a Manuel scheduling board to this and it was a seem less transition.
Minpunten:
The only thing that it is missing is the ability to scan in a previous work order to be able to reference the last job while scheduling a customer.

We are in the process of rolling out some new features including Enhanced Text Messaging where customer's responses are integrated directly into the calendar updating the appointment status in real time. We're also introducing a Kanban feature called IntelliVu digital job board, a Kanban view that allows you to track the appointment status to improve workflow. Right now you can add a photo or document through Company Accounts, Manage Customer Records. Find the specific customer, click the wrench. Click the Photos/Documents tab. Then select Browse, find the desired file, select Upload.Then, click save. We are also in the process of introducing a new interface and in that release, we will be adding additional capabilities with adding photos/documents. User friendly and effective scheduler
Opmerkingen: We use it for getting a birds eye view of all of our locations and each nights classes. It allows a Snapshot so we can see open times at the studio and differentiate between recurring in-house classes and outside rental bookings.
Pluspunten:
It’s easy to color code and customize your classes or bookings. It allows recurring appointments as well as alerts you when there’s a double booking. Easy to use and super effective.
Minpunten:
I wish I could easily print the days bookings just like it looked on my screen. I also wish LOGIN was directly on the home screen and that as soon as you logged in on the mobile device that it loaded the FULL calendar view.

Opmerkingen: EZnet Scheduler is invaluable to our practice. It servers as our clients scheduler both in-house and online. It is also a work flow management. This is the one piece of software that our company could not function without.

Can not select specific services independent of each practitioner for the external calendar.

Good software for basic scheduling needs. Not too fussy, though is sensitive to appoinment process.
Opmerkingen: Ability to view, track, and manipulate schedule online has been a huge help to our customers. It is also extremely helpful having the ability to quickly and easily update appointment statuses as they happen.
Pluspunten:
-Appointment Status drop-down selection -Appointment email reminders are extremely helpful -Screen navigation and view manipulation -Helpful export feature -Ability to select multiple instructors for a single appointment. Makes meetings schedules much easier.
Minpunten:
-Buggy and easy to break. Once broke down the entire server because I accidentally put an end time to occur before the start time. Shut the whole site down. -Can't run any usable reports, such as amounts of time spent by different instructors for specified date range and appointment status. Currently must be counted manually. -Frequent loss of appointments. Disappears for no apparent reasons. Will be scheduled, shows on screen, then few days later or so, customer shows up with hand written appointment card. No appointment on schedule. -Updating customer info has no affect on any existing appointments scheduled for customer. Must update the client in the database, then go and find every occurring scheduled appointment for said customer and update manually. Previous software updated all appointment occurrences with one update.

We can customize any report for you and in many cases we can show you how to run the report you need. A report can be created that will not require manual counting . Software Review
Opmerkingen: This is so much better than our old system of scheduling in a handwritten calendar. There are probably many more uses to the EZnet Scheduler than I have been able to utilize.
Pluspunten:
The program is easy to use for the most part.
Minpunten:
It doesn't seem compatible with multiple appointment schedules. For example: we have 5 accountants, and each one utilizes has different time slots for appointments during tax season. This year we had your programmers set them up, but it still was not perfect. It would be nice if you had search filters (like you could go to the next available time slot rather than look at each day for the next available slot). Could there be a way to leave a slot available one scheduled when a client calls and wants to move the date they want to schedule rather than clearing out the appointment slot entirely?

Jan thanks so much for your review. You can look for next available slot either through internal calendar searching by day or to see more openings by week or month. Or, your customers can click on type of appointment and view available appointments in external calendar. Or, open a second browser window and view the Scheduler side by side if you want to look for next appointment while keeping the existing appointment open. Alternately, we offer custom programming and would be happy to discuss this with you. To address your second question, there are two ways to have multiple appointments per time slot. First, you can change the assignment count in Station/Employee management option under Company Account. Select the edit wrench, then change the value in Assignment Count field to 2 or however many appointments you wish to have available per time slot. Or force save directly from an appointment. EZ Scheduler Review
Opmerkingen: Primarily positive. As the administrator and primary user that sets the blocks and exceptions up, it's sometimes time consuming to put them in and get them in correct in one session.
Pluspunten:
It is easy to move the appointments around and being able to limit access for certain users to read only or they aren't allowed to override scheduling parameters
Minpunten:
I find that with our part time employee it is difficult to change her availability around of appointments. If she's off several random days a month I have to individually put in the exceptions and frequently I have to re-do them until I get it just right. I feel like that part could use some major improvement, also having the calendar show the changes without having to exit view the calendar and then go back to edit if it's not correct.

Some good but most really bad

It is good as far as using it for scheduling purposes. The different types of views are fantastic

We have the assessors calendars that we view daily for community assignments and every so often it resets too see all calendars and we would have to set it up again. it is a inconvenience to whoever is scheduling for the day.

Nice program, could benefit from updates
Pluspunten:
I like how the program is easy to use and dependable once it is set up.
Minpunten:
I wish it was easier to set up new appointments. Oftentimes the appointment doesn't save on the first attempt, or saves multiple times. It can be difficult to move appointments around or change them in other ways.

A great Tool

We like the part that allows us to block off time for certain techs on a daily basis

Calendar is the best feature

Pluspunten:
I am the office manager and payroll manager for our small company so the calendar feature to see everyone's schedule is the best feature. I like that I can see all of my co-workers schedules on 1 page.
Minpunten:
The reminders are limited for tasks, the text appointment reminders do not work for us and the client database is a bit hard to manage.

Good for coordinating our estimators
Pluspunten:
I can look at a daily or a weekly view to see where our estimators are going and eliminate or greatly reduce backtracking out in the field. This saves us time and fuel.
Minpunten:
I would like to see an auto-save feature. If I forget to manually save, I can lose an appointment.

The ease of use for the customer and for our internal staff is a must and you nailed what we need. We just renewed for another year.

On occasion there seems to be a glitch in sending an email to the customer, but I know recent upgrades to the system seem to have things on track again.

There is an option in the scheduler that controls double booking. We showed the client where the setting is, tested it with the client on line and everything is working fine.

I transfer data to a word format when printing out reports. It would be great not tohave to copy and paste information.

It’s features are very customizable and I like the email reminders.
Minpunten:
The cost for what I use it for seems more expensive than what I need and I’ve sent in customer service requests (over a year ago!) and have yet to hear back.

Easy to use
