We have been managing the documents for external contractors \& sending them the documents to update. The errors logs for Power web packages sent to portal are not descriptive enough so we dont know the issue. Bulk number creation is difficult and time consuming, PowerWeb should have a a bulk built in table to create numbers. PowerWeb should have a multi document upload capability matching drawing numbers for bulk upload. External project collaboration is difficult with multiple contractors, we need a CDE type enviroment, also the contractor should be able to search our master library for existing documents and create a RFI via the portal. We seem to have issues where the system is working then suddenly stop working, so the system seems very sensitive to changes, needs to be more satable. Meridian Cloud packages keep giving us issues where they are not released to customers > > Overall is good, but we need a more modern interface and stability in the system.
