If the administrator has not set it up properly, there can be broken links, and then you are left without a place to go.

Scripting for Call Center

Pluspunten:

easy to modify and visually appealing. My favorite feature is the name and industry autofill to the customer

Minpunten:

it needs to be more fool proof. I tend to get lost in the scripting. Also wish it was integrated with our dialing system/crm

It helps us identify the exact reason for denials, and the date which we stored earlier, will helps in decision making

Minpunten:

It needs be tie-up with any clearing houses, So that the denials will be Automatically loaded in Yonyx and we can final decision easily, and needs to add some add features like Voice search.

Pluspunten:

It is very easy to use for us CSR's. You can set it up all in one screen with the new update instead of clicking into different tabs.

Minpunten:

Sometimes there will bugs in the system from updates, it get resolved in a fast manner to allow us ( CSR ) to keep pushing forward.

Opmerkingen: nothing but excellent support for the product and you can speak to a real person if you need to. System is self explanatory if you want to fly solo

If you can think of something you need Yonyx will most likely be able to do it. It is extremely flexible and quite easy to use.

Minpunten:

Takes a little while to get your head around the way it works but after a little playing around and with the support they offer you will be on your way.

Really good product that just keeps getting better

Opmerkingen: Once I've learned the program, mostly through trial-and-error, I've come to find it simple to use and implement. I appreciate the additions being made and the personal support provided by the company to introduce those new features. The program is solid, and has so many possibilities if integrated well with the infrastructure of a company. I wouldn't want to attempt to do what we do without it.

Pluspunten:

Yonyx is a simple program that proves to be mostly intuitive to use. Creating new guides is quick and easy. Adding various pieces to those guides isn't difficult. I appreciate the support provided when issues come up. I like the continual innovation and improvements made while I've used the product.

Minpunten:

A better training or a robust manual would greatly improve the experience. There are plenty of features, but it's not clear how they should always be used nor is there a reliable reference to go to after the feature has been introduced. As well, the program is linear when building out which means everything is locked together and makes it difficult to revise or rearrange something in the middle of a guide.

Having the script right in the CRM to access easily.

Minpunten:

There was an issue in which the script would reload to the beginning whenever I would edit something on an account in Salesforce, but this has since been fixed.

None, product is exactly as advertised and the company gladly provides detailed samples and will connect you with other customers for tips and assistance where appropriate.

Pluspunten:

Before Yonyx was implemented we had to flip through a paper script which was very frustrating cause sometimes you would have to flip back and forth from page to page and get completely lost. With Yonyx our script automatically pulls up the correct info that we need and has tabs to take you step by step. It made my job so much easier and more efficient. I LOVE Yonyx and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fast and easy system to increase their productivity.

Minpunten:

Maybe some sub tabs. Sometimes I click on the wrong tab and would like it to go back to a certain point I was at in the script, instead of having to keep clicking backwards.

Yonyx is the one of the best tool for enterprise admin to setup self-help portal. Using this end users can resolve their queries by own and its reduces load from IT HelpDesk.

Minpunten:

There is should features which send alearts for less or non used Yonices, which helps us to update Yonyx with latest information.

Opmerkingen: I feel that overall this product is a really good for what we do.

Pluspunten:

What I like about the software is that the scripting stays the same for most of the calls that we receive.

Minpunten:

There few con's that I have. I think the one thing that comes to mind is that on certain leads the script is not always there. But is is easy to find using the menu button.

That helps me to save time, I am more efficient using the troubleshooting tree during difficult calls. Customers are more happy at the end as I can provide faster solutions. the team behind the software always take actions on the suggestions really fast, so the improvement is exponential.

Minpunten:

The esthetic of the software should improve, also is needed some shortcuts for some core information, so you can find faster the information.

Pluspunten:

We stopped printing our script materials. We are able to change the scripting for our teams literally in real time. The notes for our agents get auto populated with information based on responses.

Minpunten:

There are a few user administration points that are just odd to deal with but nothing unmanageable. In general the user administration portal is a little frustrating to navigate through, but you don't need to interact with it often.

Yonyx is very intuitive to use, and I find it very easy to navigate through the scripting. It is very dependable, and I don't experience bugs very often.

Sometimes the names that populate in Yonyx are incorrect. However, this isn't a huge issue, and I can work around it.

Less clutter on my desk since we ditched paper scripts. Also much more intuitive that it takes you to the place in the script that comes next. Much easier to navigate, absolutely love it!

Minpunten:

Honestly Yonyx has improved the day to day work flow very much and the only recommendation I can think of is integrating Yonyx with the website we use for our company. Besides that, it's awesome to use!

My helpdesk uses Yonyx everyday

Pluspunten:

Yonyx is a fantastic tool for any helpdesk. Setting up workflows for step by step troubleshooting. Simple yes or no questions can guide an inexperienced agent through many issues.

Minpunten:

It can be a bit overwhelming at first. The setup of a guide is some what cumbersome and time consuming. However once you get the hang of it, things go fairly smooth.
