Since 2022 when I first started using Zapier here at the company, I cannot tell you the number of times the UI/UX has changed. Not the best. There are also limitations when it comes to decision paths on how many paths you can have and sub-paths. If you have complex use cases, you have to have zaps within zaps (called sub-zaps), which is not ideal and creates additional overhead from an IT perspective. > > Overall, Zapier is a really great platform and has helped us bring most of our ideas to life.
