Rentalman software evaluation
Opmerkingen: I have been working as a Rentalman champion for 3 years. I am in charge of resolving all issues related with Rentalman; contacting Wynnesystems, providing training for users etc.
Pluspunten:
Complete ERP system, includes all equipment purchasing, payable, rental, maintenance, receivable, general ledger etc. All in one!
Minpunten:
For us, our core system is another software. Anyway, we have a built an integration application between the core system and Rentalman. Everything works smoothly.
RentalMan is the best rental management software around
Opmerkingen: Easy to pick up if you are familiar with AS400. There are more advanced GUI versions of RentalMan too but we get the most out of RolePlay.
Pluspunten:
Easy to use, easy to understand, easy to track assets.
Minpunten:
Customization can be complex but not impossible. The RentalMan support staff are top-notch!
My opinion
Opmerkingen: It's been just over a year, using the software, so far there has been a few hiccups, but working through them. Support staff is helpful and knowledged.
Pluspunten:
There is a lot of functionality, and easy to use.
Minpunten:

Opmerkingen: Excellent onsite implementation team. Great web-based service system as needed. Enjoy the addition of Wynne Reporter.

New too the system great support
Opmerkingen: We have just started with the system. We are heading into fiscal year two. We have always had great support from the rentalman team. The training and introduction to the software was accurate and helped with the transission from our old software to the retntalman platfrom.
Pluspunten:
The software is very user friendly we have never had a problem training any of our new users and have them live in the system quikcly. The support team has always been good and quick to respond with any questions we had also.
Minpunten:
The first year it takes time to figure out how you want to set up your users. But that only takes time to figure out.
