Easy to use GUI which lends itself to even secretaries being able to update the digital signage

Minpunten:

Can't really thing of any to be honest, one or two features have been removed but we don't really miss it.

Novisign - A great starter package into the realm of Digital Signage

Opmerkingen: While it's interface is easy to use, it's a bit dated and sluggish. It could certainly use a facelift. Folks will be drawn to the ease of use and ability for even novice users to create digital signage. With off shore support, I wish they had a bit more to offer.

Pluspunten:

Easy to use. The ability for non-designers to create signage, while also catering to designers and developers.

Minpunten:

Support lacking and dated/sluggish UI that could use a facelift.

Opmerkingen: Still to new to give an overall experience but knowing I can reach a live person for help has been GOLDEN!!!!

Pluspunten:

Still in the learning faze but so far it's been pretty good. Having someone to call who is knowledgeable has been great and [sensitive content hidden] has been very patient with us as the end user. In just few weeks of me playing with the different templates and uploading photos it's been getting much better.

Minpunten:

I would have liked to see a better learning tutorial with hands on examples and walk through demos - Being not so computer savvy it was painful to get started for me and my manager.

Novisign is the best overall

Opmerkingen: Until Novisign, I was using handwritten menu boards on chalkboard and editing was such a chore. Novisign's digital signage has made creating stunning menus and slides a breeze. I would recommend this to anyone needing digital signage or kiosks for their business!

Pluspunten:

I absolutely love all of Novisign's features. I use 90% of them and of that 90%, most of those I use daily. The uploading and assigning new templates is very easy and it's fast. Changes edits within seconds. The best feature

Minpunten:

I haven't found anything I dislike. Fast response to calls and support is A+. Chad, my Rep, is the best but I know the rest of the team is just as knowledgeable and helpful as he is. No complaints at all!

Pluspunten:

The software is easy to use and flexible to ever-changing work environments. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been a great resource in implementing and marketing the product. Versatility is a huge factor in signage and most companies miss the boat by giving versatility by sacrificing reliability. Novisign has accomplished both and made it simple too.

Minpunten:

I haven't found any yet. I have not tested security yet to say if this is safe for government entities.

There is no player for IOS yet but I now that they working on player based on HTML 5 so it will be working on almost all platforms.

The only downside is the limited number or trigger events like QR code reading and contactless on-phone touch.

Pluspunten:

The flexibility and customization options, along with the immediate update. Customer service is easily accessible if needed.

Minpunten:

Canva is not particularly helpful unless you have a subscription. Learning to navigate took a little time in the beginning.

New to Novisign & loving it!

Opmerkingen: I am really excited about Novisign. What we have been able to do so far has been impressive. With a short lead time, I was able to get our signage up and running. I am loving with we have been able to do so far and eager to push forward to take full advantage of what Novisign has to offer.

Pluspunten:

Excellent customer service. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Software was very user friendly. I have only been using the software for a few weeks and was able to create excellent presentations for our conference. I am excited to explore the software more and maximize its potential.

Minpunten:

I struggled a little bit with the touch feature, however, with a little help from customer service, we were able to fix my issues quickly and things are operating as expected. The videos you can find online use the old format so they are not as helpful. When I made mention of this, customer service sent me the update links that will soon be available via their website.

Look no further

Opmerkingen: I can't say enough things about NoviSign, if you want a Digital Menu Board that is easy to use, looks great and just works flawless then this is what you want. NoviSign takes all the headaches out making a digital menu board for your business. You will see your sales increase where it will pay for itself.

Pluspunten:

I like that it's user friendly. We use it as Menu boards mainly and to change products or pricing it only takes seconds and you do not need to be a computer programmer to do it.

Minpunten:

Nothing, the software is great, it's easy to use and it works.

Opmerkingen: A handful of users utilize Novisign daily. We are all impressed with the product.

The ease of use and reliability are unmatched, in my opinion. It works day in and day out without any system issues.

Initial set-up was not very intuitive and a little tricky and yet once we were on line, everything went smooth.

Easy to use and logical heirachy of creative's (pages), playlist creation and assigning creatives to them then assigning playlists to screens (players). The library of templates was a great help and the best way to start to see how to build a feature rich page. Drag and drop functionality with enough editing capability in built to get you going. Reliable and stable software cloud hosted and the best one I tested without having to be a graphic designer or CMS SME. Great SaaS solution and simple to use

Minpunten:

Some additional features in the editor would be good. Auto alignment and snap to position for example . Ability to have text and image in the same box would be good without having to create it outside the app and save as jpg, upload to library and then import into a photo box. Expansion of the number of inbuilt fonts would be good but in all fairness the system is a digital signage platform, not a fully fledged graphic design and CMS

Great product backed by a highly responsive team

Opmerkingen: NoviSign has provided a solution that added immediate value to my restaurant locations. I was able to use my existing displays so the cost and ease of use made them a top choice from the start. The support and design team were quick to respond and deliver giving us a “go live” product within days of ordering.

Pluspunten:

The team at NoviSign have built something that is so simple to use and quick to roll out.

Minpunten:

It is difficult to find a flaw in the software but any gap there may be is immediately bridged by a quick response from the support team that is fully committed to getting the product live.

Very user friendly!

Opmerkingen: I am working as an IT person for a high tech company. We recently got Novisign digital signage for our offices, and it is just great! We have them all over our small building and we are using it for work and for fun, depends on the time of the day! We can communicate among us and get collective messages from human resource and from any other department in the company, the programmers are using it to share their ideas and work without having to get up of their sit, we are also using it after hours to play interactive games and we just love it! It is so much better than the old way of communicating messages :)

Pluspunten:

Finally, an intuitive digital signage software solution that we can deploy with minimal training to completely empower our clients and achieve complete client satisfaction.

I have enough experience with the other digital signage platforms to sincerely not have any cons to offer about this software.

This software is super easy to use and at a great price per month. Their customer service is the best period. They made me feel like I’m their only customer when I call or email. I highly recommend them.

Opmerkingen: Versatility and control.

Pluspunten:

The versatility of the software to customize our presentations and to edit on the fly is incredible. We are excited to see how the crowds react when they can see area scores updated throughout the game as well as the final scores as they are leaving the field house.

Minpunten:

the restricted storage of 500mb is a little restrictive, but easily overcome through the ftp, ustream and youtube widgets.

I like the layout. Very easy to use. Value is amazing for the product. Access is anywhere. It is allowing me to get the job done!

Minpunten:

I had several issues using the facebook widget; however, the customer service was amazing and now is NO LONGER a problem.

Fastest onboarding EVER!

Pluspunten:

Fairly simple with plug and play if you have familiarity with Canva and other programs of that natures. Had my signs done in 1 hour.

Minpunten:

A few issues with getting canva loaded into my novisign account, but able to find a loop hole that works perfectly.

Great Experience with Novi Signs but there is room for improvment

Opmerkingen: I love the service and support. I think it is easy to use and understand. But there are a few basics (i think) that are missing. Such as: 1. There are no transition effects in slide show.
2. Online studio needs to improve. I would like to see more fonts in the text widget drop down, a undo button, ability to select multiple widgets and align them in one click. These 2 improvements should not be too hard to make. I would love to see Novi Sign work with Cable tv but I understand if that is difficult to do. It would be a awesome ability to have. Other than that, I love Novi Signs. Keep up the good work.
