> **Minpunten**: Sometimes, it is difficult to maintain a database of self-defined hazards, and controls, which makes it time-consuming to add those individually to other HAs, if being conducted. This applies to the case where a database of new hazard assessments is being made, otherwise, it is easy to maintain the HAs

The tables that give you a list of incidents doesn't show employee name and you can't add it --its not customizable.  Employee profile is not customizable for which fields it shows and it doesn't have capability to add. Employee profile that had address and other info osha 301 form needs and workers comp claims have no way to include. OSHA forms were not able to be generated.

> **Pluspunten**: It's very easy to navigate through on both the computer and on the phone app. Stats are easy to extract from the software. the program is tailored to what we need.

> **Minpunten**: At first when entering info on the phone app, the program was jumpy, but then I realized, as soon as I opened the program it would sync and once the sync was completed, no issues at all. Now I open the program wait 10-15 seconds for the sync to complete and then proceed.

> My overall experience with E-compliance is very positive. I would recommend other companies to use this program
