Great form building software that works well on all devices.

Opmerkingen: Time to fill in forms is minimized with easy drop-down menus. My account manager, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], regularly contacts me to make sure GoFormz is performing as expected.

Pluspunten:

Lots of options to build simply build easy to use forms. The user experience is great. It just works. I quite often use other applications and think man I wish this just worked like GoFormz.

Minpunten:

I've changed my logo. Wish there was a way I could easily change it on the form without having to re-develop the whole form.

A valuable completions/inspection management and productivity tool

Opmerkingen: GoFormz was selected as a field documentation solution to enable efficient completion of inspection forms.
We are utilising pdf forms created offline, with data fields overlayed on to the document. This outputs a hand signed complete pdf report document with data fields populated from the uploaded database, plus typed text fields and sketch images (photos plus optional user sketching overlayed).
The tabbed filtering of created documents in the app gives instant selection of all, draft, completed keeps control in the field. The web based list of completed forms is chronological giving "Today" as a section at the top of the list.

Pluspunten:

Coming from years of completions management with enterprise software, GoFormz is a simple but effective tool to manage inspections and auditing. We can update the server side databases and have it synchronised to all mobile devices within minutes, giving data to populate the form fields automatically. The captured data can be readily exported in raw format or as structured reports. All data is retained and synchronised from the device even if you shut the app down mid-form. The template setup may be a little daunting for first time users or non-IT personnel, but online and phone support is readily available.

Minpunten:

You need to take the vendors recommendations seriously and only use high spec hardware. Samsung TabA tablets still lockup the app occasionally and require restarting of the app. This may be a memory bleed issue? There also appears to be a glitch in the database uploads where you need to delete and re-create each database to update it, otherwise the data is not available on the devices. Although yesterday the reverse occurred, and the new database would not synchronise but required an updated upload. Solutions please GoFormz support?

Quick, inexpensive way to transform forms to electronic forms.

Very easy to use. Scans paper forms and copies to electronic version. Add fields where you would normally write.

Minpunten:

Only can dump completed forms into Box. Would be nice if it communicated with other file storage software.

Great Product

Opmerkingen: I have been very happy with go forms. being able to use a PDF we have created allows up to get a very professional result which we're proud to share with our customers. this allows for easier and clearer communication.

Pluspunten:

The software is intuitive and easy to learn. The help site is very good and I was able to answer a lot of my questions on my own. This was refreshing that I could research and move forward don my own. Being able to auto fill the from the DataSource decreases the time it take to fill out the form.

Minpunten:

It can be frustrating to delete a field if you have the Add New Field section open as you're building but need to drop down to the Template Field to delete permanently. It can get confusing.

Opmerkingen: Overall experience is very satisfactory. This is a time saving and life saver app.

Pluspunten:

The paper free side. The instant receipt of report upon 'Complete' button is clicked. The professionalism it brings in the eyes of your customers. The ease of use it provides.

Minpunten:

An unsolved bug on my tablet for tax calculation.

Excellent program to really go paperless

Opmerkingen: No more dirty or crumpled field sheets. Our forms are nice and neat now. Project managers are happy to get the information as soon as the form is completed so they can review and forward the the client (as opposed to waiting for field person to return to office, scan form, go into email, save to project folder, and then notify PM the data is available). Now our forms come to us already electronic and can be easily saved to our project file - no more filing daily handfuls of field sheets!

Pluspunten:

Using a PDF image of our current form made it fast and easy to get the electronic version set up and in use.

Minpunten:

The main thing I had trouble with was writing formulas for some of the boxes. It's similar to Excel, which I've had limited experience working with.

Good Product

Opmerkingen: I would say overall experience has been good. Staff had been very helpful with walking me through the process.

Pluspunten:

Being able to upload my documents and customize them.

Minpunten:

Least favorite is editing form and it generates a new public form which have I then have to remind myself to forward new link and unfortunately I may miss people with the new link.

How easy it is to use it in the field. The ability to fill in forms and add pictures is very helpful for people that don't use computers often.

Opmerkingen: Trenton and his team at GoFormz have always been pro-active in our dealings with them, and made the transition to GoFormz very easy.

Pluspunten:

The ease in which our existing forms can be imported and the input fields added. There are many options around the logic that can be applied to fields as and when required. The forms are very responsive in the Mobile application and the technical/customer support is exceptional.

Minpunten:

We have experianced no "Cons" in our dealings with GoFormz to date.

I really like the ease of uploading my intake documents and being able to populate a fillable form.

Maximizing Efficiency with GoFormz

Opmerkingen: The software has proven to be a useful tool for streamlining our field data collection procedures. Our fieldwork is much more efficient now that we can quickly create custom forms and automate data collection, and it has also saved us a lot of time. Furthermore, the software's integration with other tools like Box and Google Drive has made it simple for us to store and access the data we've gathered.The software can occasionally be quite slow, and the user interface can be awkward and challenging to use, on the other hand. Because of this, users have not had the best experience, and my team members are frustrated. Additionally, there has been poor customer service, with long wait times and scant assistance offered.Despite these drawbacks, I've come to believe that GoFormz is a strong tool that can help businesses with requirements similar to ours immensely. I do think the software has room for improvement, and I think the developer should concentrate on enhancing the software's functionality and user experience.

The simplicity of use and ability to quickly and easily create custom forms is one of the biggest advantages I've noticed. Designing forms that are tailored to my company's unique requirements is easy thanks to the platform's drag-and-drop interface.The efficiency of our field operations has increased thanks to the ability to collect data in real-time. Our team has found it to be simpler to stay connected and up to date wherever they are working thanks to the forms' simple accessibility from any device.Integration with other programs and platforms, such as Google Drive, Box, and Microsoft OneDrive, is another benefit of using GoFormz. This has made it simple for us to collaborate in real-time with our team and transfer data. The platform also offers a large selection of templates that can be altered to meet the particular needs of our company.

I was unable to create forms that suited our particular requirements, so the biggest problem is the limited customization options for forms. Additionally, the software occasionally runs slowly, which slows down our workflows. Finally, I've had some issues with the software's security features because I believe our data is not being protected to its fullest potential.It has been a useful tool for our team overall, but I believe there is room for improvement, particularly in terms of customization and security.

GoFormz helped with our form process

Our business needed a form solution for our users to complete a form quick and integrate with our CRM so we eliminate the double data entry. GoFormz helped us with that.

Minpunten:

Reporting metrics not available, SSO is an additional cost, integrations can be wonky if the phone isn't updated, would like to see UIUX capability where you can highlight fields in the mobile/ list view that are required.

Automation at its best!

Opmerkingen: I can imagine using another forms software platform. I wish I could use it more than I already do. Support and my account manager have been fantastic and are always very helpful. Example I was working with support on what we identified as a bug. The support technician said he would followup with me when the bug was corrected in the next release. When the release came out a few weeks to a month later the support technician emailed me like he said he would. My account manager is always willing to take feedback, back to the engineers. He is very knowledgeable. Great software and a great group of people working at a great company.

Pluspunten:

The automation features of GoFormz have streamlined our processes. No more entering in data in multiple locations. Now customers can submit public forms that generate emails and update data sources. When technicians complete projects our customers get immediate emails and project management is alerted when a job is incomplete so they can take action. Their support team is great and very helpful and prompt.

Minpunten:

Currently I cannot attach a pdf to a form, so when asking for TAX ID documents in one of our public forms we have to ask our customers to email separately. I know this is a feature coming. There is not a true offline feature. While forms live on your mobile device it is possible that your login period could expire and then you won’t be able to access it until your device can re-authenticate with the GoFormz servers. I have only been caught in this situation once or twice. It would be nice if there was a true desktop version outside of an online software kind of like quickbooks vs quickbooks online.

Customers Delight

Opmerkingen: The speed of transfer of a completed form(s) back to the office, with local storage/email and to the Cloud means the billing cycle and all of the supporting documentation to the customer has been improved from 21 days to 1 day.
Storage and retrieval of completed forms has saved significant back of house administration time, as well as a "proof of task completion" to the customer has really driven customer satisfaction. This satisfaction is due to the readable paperwork as well as a complete document set at works completion, signed by the customer representative.

Pluspunten:

To perform field services for a customer, there is an ever increasing requirement to complete and return customer created/defined paperwork for risk assessments as well as to prove that the work was conducted and signed off by a customers representative on site using their forms. Without the return of the customer paperwork at the time of invoicing the payment is either delayed or not approved. The ability to import, complete and return the customer forms is a key benefit. Transitioning field staff to GoFormz was very efficient as the paperwork, now digital on a tablet, was the same as the field were completing in manual forms, which at times was not returned in a legible or timely/efficient manner

Minpunten:

There is not a lot, not to like. There are always personal preferences in the creation of the templates, and methods to achieve an outcome. Recent changes to the management console template editor/creator have taken away a lot of the previous concerns.

GoFormz will make your business grow!

Opmerkingen: I noticed a tech from a HVAC contractor using their smartphone getting a signature from a Client of theirs. I inquired what app he was using. It was Goformz! So on my way back to the office on the train I downloaded the app and read up on it. When I got to my office a created a quick flatten PDF form uploaded and I started creating my first Goformz. It was pretty much straight forward with a few gotchas. Not a problem though as I called my tech support goformz guy [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who help me polish up my new Template.

Pluspunten:

Easily set up and got it running within hours.

Minpunten:

Its kinda tough to think of cons with this as goformz is keeping up with new aspects of its product. What comes to mind is their server Azure had an issue somewhere out west after a storm and goformz was down for a few days. It hasn't happened since so I believe they identified the break down and put stop gaps in place.

Recommended to many peers already

Pros: "List view" is much easier to fill on a smart phone than the full size "form view". List view was the deciding factor for choosing GoFormz Easy to create forms quickly Great documentation and responsive live customer support Plenty of field types to choose from Adopted quickly by all users, so much so, the users are asking admin to convert more paper forms to GoFormz Creation of public forms that can be sent free or affordably to persons outside your organization

Con: Cannot edit the PDF document and preserve the form fields after the form has been started. There is a work around by uploading the updated PDF then dragging all the previous form fields to the updated PDF.

Opmerkingen: It has revolutionised the way we produce our forms, certificates, record keeping and much more. It's hard to imagine going back to the way we used to operate. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been an excellent has been an excellent account manager who always offers his services and keeps in touch to help us with anything we need.

Amazing software which allows you to customise your existing forms and turn them into an electronic format. It has changed the way we operate, saying goodbye to messy paper and time saving filing of documents in physical folders.

Minpunten:

It took a bit of getting used to in the initial stages and it does take time to get your forms setup the way you want them to function. When you get there it's worth the effort.

I strongly recommend Go Formz!

Opmerkingen: I have been very pleased with Go Formz. They continue to improve their functionality and they are always open to ways they may alter the software to better fit our needs. Customer Support has been very accommodating and always respond promptly to our requests.

Pluspunten:

We mainly use Go formz because of its ability to store a vast amount of data. Also, the electronic reporting and organization built into Go Formz is ideal for our Company. Outside of inspection reporting, we have found many internal uses for our company as well, including fleet maintenance checklists (inspections) as well as questionnaires.

Minpunten:

Although we love the use of Go Formz ability to send group emails with an attached pdf, I wish there was the option to include additional attachments (i.e. additional pdfs , excel spreadsheets, etc.)

Form automation that works

Opmerkingen: Good. Really Good. They've really personalized the experience, and real people pick up the phone and real people fix the issues, and respond to emails.

Pluspunten:

The system takes your existing paper form, and allows you to map fields to collect data. It generates reports, and is relatively simple to use. It does some neat tricks too like autoname photos, and files removing monotonous tasks.

Minpunten:

Nothing really - but you do need to think through what you are trying to achieve - like everything the more planning you put in, the better the outcome.

Strongly Recommend Go Formz

Opmerkingen: Getting information from the field to the office use to be a daunting task. With Go Formz we have been able to quickly get material orders, change orders and reports from our many job site locations. It has also been easy for the men to use because they were use to seeing the paper forms. Now they recognize the form and are able to do it digitally. The customer service is fantastic. Representative have been responsive, helpful and over a delight to work with.

I personally needed more help so I used the online IT chat and spoke to the IT Department over the telephone - this cumbersome task had a VERY HAPPY ENDING!! Customer support are amazing and I'm so very grateful to them for all their help :) GoFormz is very lucky to have you :)
Until now I was only ever an end user to a form created. I have loved the product since it was introduced to our company 3 years ago now. It has been the perfect fit for our business and in the future I hope to integrate it with our accounting software. Thanks again to the IT Team !

You cant basically create anything from your vision. Which is amazing! The manual was very detailed and step by step.

If you wanted to manipulate a field be careful it could affect the functionality of the entire template. Very time consuming.
