> **Minpunten**: The thing(s) I disliked about Epic was how hard it could be sometimes to find information on your patient, but mostly that the program would "go down" multiple times every week until all (or most) of the kinks were worked out.

> I began using Epic in 2011 when the hospital I worked at first began the transition from paper charts to electronic ones. During the first year, there were many physicians who resigned from the hospital because they weren't willing to give the program time, however most other employees really liked Epic after getting used to it.
