Very Easy to Sign Documents

Pluspunten:

It's extremely simple to sign PDFs and other documents. It's not expensive and it comes from a trusted company, Adobe, that has been around for a long time.

Minpunten:

There isn't anything in particular that I didn't like about this application. Applying you're digital signature is very simple with this software.

For adobe users, Adobe Sign is easy to learn

Opmerkingen: Four years ago when I used it for the first time and had multiple employees as users, it was very expensive and difficult to use. Now, the changes over the years have made it very easy to use, and I'm a avid supporter.

Pluspunten:

I like that it's now integrated into my Adobe Pro subscription. When it was standalone, I didn't use it nearly as often. But now, any document I create can easily be sent for signature. It's a game changer.

Minpunten:

In the past it was a little cumbersome and very expensive. Now with the Adobe Pro integration, it's really great.

The best of the best

Pluspunten:

Adobe Sign offer is really interesting because it provides user-friendly, easy-to-access and encrypted digital signatures, which I find too interesting.

Minpunten:

I personally find the error messages too frequent.

Adobe Acrobat Sign makes digital signatures an easy task.

Great solution to get documents signed / Time saver

Pluspunten:

I am really happy with the ability to upload your signature to sign documents online. This saves time, and you don't have to print documents anymore. (Saving costs on printing)Working remotely has saved time and streamlined business processes. Quicker turnaround time on documents that require signature and initials.

Minpunten:

There is nothing that I dislike about this.

Adobe Acrobat Sign

Opmerkingen: So far, I have found this tool to be very useful. I can send something to someone anywhere and have a signature in minutes or a whole document filled in and signed.

Pluspunten:

I love the fact that I can create a template to use over and over again and send out for signature. If you have multiple or changes, those are the areas that you leave fillable so it can be used in many instances. For example, I have 13 facilities that I send things to so if I need something to be fillable like a facility name, that is a possibility.

Minpunten:

I have not really ran into a lot of issues. Sometimes when creating a template, it is hard to line up check boxes perfectly but this is minor.

Adobe Sign is increible

Adobe Sign is the best platform for online signing. I always send the contracts for the clients to sign and it is very easy to do the signatures.

Minpunten:

It is an excellent platform to carry out to signatures, I have nothing to complain about.

It's Convenient

Pluspunten:

I've only ever used this for remote work and putting a digital signature on things. It's extremely convenient since I don't have to wait for contracts and agreements to come through the mail anymore.

Minpunten:

I've had some issues with the people I've worked with, not receiving the signed documents back after I've sent them. But it's only been twice that that's happened.

Makes Managing Contracts And Getting Signatures a Breeze

Opmerkingen: Adobe Acrobat Sign streamlines contract administration and contract negotiations for our business. It saves us countless hours each month and provides our clients with a safer, more secure and more collaborative way to manage contracts.

Pluspunten:

My business deals with contract negotiation and administration on a daily basis and we often require signatures from multiple parties before the contract is considered completed. In the old days, we emailed contracts that had printed off, signed and scanned by the parties. Then, on our end, we had to confirm the contract was signed and complete before executing on the project in question. Using Adobe Acrobat Sign, we don't have to deal with any of that. Once it is sent off, we get notified when the contract is complete or has modifications. Custom fields makes it extremely easy for us to use the same template for multiple projects and customize each contract with different types of fields. It also provides the option of collecting and aggregating responses from multiple parties.

Minpunten:

Our clients sometimes complain that they don't receive copies of the contract in their inbox. We believe this is due to the emails being sent to a spam folder.

Adobe Sign for Health Care

Pluspunten:

Since the beginning of the Pandemic we have been working remotely. This created problems for some areas like our Community Health Line Nurses. They needed a process that would allow them to be able to send documents from Nursing Homes to Providers for Signature, Electronically. Adobe Sign has worked amazing and we have even adapted this form of electronic signature for other areas of Organization.

Nothing is missing and you can even send to multiple providers for signatures.

Makes my job so convenient!

Opmerkingen: Adobe Sign has made my job and life much easier when it comes to signing documents. I work remotely without a printer/scanner, and travel quite frequently, so it would very inconvenient to add signatures to documents without this software. Adobe Sign has saved me a lot of time, energy, and frustration throughout the years!

Pluspunten:

If you and/or your supervisor have to sign a lot of documents, you need to have Adobe Sign. I love that you can save multiple signatures so you can drop in the appropriate one into a document. The backgrounds are also clear, so the signatures will go across/over the signature line, making it appear like a real-life signature. It's so much more convenient to do rather than printing out a document and having to scan it back in, which is sometimes not possible if you're traveling or do not have access to a printer/scanner.

Minpunten:

Occasionally if you drop a signature into a document and click save, you can't remove it. So a few times I've had to close out a document and re-open it, then re-add the signature. That may just be a glitch though because this only happens to be occasionally. Other than this small glitch, I can think of no other negatives of this software.

E-Signing The Way You Want It

Opmerkingen: First the goal was to get contracts for e-commerce (when credit card webforms and hyperlinked terms wouldn't cut it for certain size engagements). But then it became a tool to collect policy acknowledgement forms, extend offer letters, etc. Now that folks (almost everyone) is remote, it is the solution to almost every problem that needs a signature.

Pluspunten:

I appreciate the e-signing features, particularly the ability to reassign and delegate. The audit trails aren't just appended to the end of executed documents, but can also be viewed in real time from the Manage dashboard. Sending out for signatures gives you numerous options on CCing to endless recipients, specified fields, specified order, etc. The integration/webhooks are pretty snazzy as well and compliment basic e-commerce storefronts. I'm a huge fun of the webforms (they used to be called widgets) making ready to go agreements very accessible via link or embed code.

Minpunten:

As much as I like the webforms, I do have two gripes with them. 1. Once you create a webform, you can go back and move fields around but you can't ever change who is CC'ed on them. The easy solution is to always CC a "group" or "alias" and add/subtract folks as needed, but it is a bit cumbersome. 2. There are limitations to the conditions/formatting of the fields, particularly in blank entry text fields. Otherwise, a solid product all around.

Go paperless with Adobe Sign

Pluspunten:

It's relatively simple to sign it with e-signature to a document or contract, which aids in the audit process, and all the documentation can be tracked easily. It can be delivered through email and signed by anyone, regardless of whether they have an Adobe account or not. It is also simple to use, allowing you to create reminders for signatures and can be emailed to different persons in any manner you choose.

Minpunten:

The storing procedure after signatures have been finalized can be a little annoying since the document will not enable you to save all the paper or retain the certification unless you do so in a particular fashion. It also prevents the document's name from being altered, which might be inconvenient.

Good features and functionality let down by constant bugs and horrific technical support

Pluspunten:

When it works, it works well. Basic templates work well, but for large documents it's more trouble than it's worth.

Minpunten:

The less senior support team are extremely bad, we have daily occurrences of bugs transposing fields and emails going missing , as well as making back end breaking changes to mail templaters without sending out any comms No ability to export templates. Ability to create templates with tokenised markup in fields for example {signer1:prefill:txt} however we have been told it's better to use the web drag and drop designer which once the work has been done it's impossible to export the work done if a small change to text needs to be done which creates hours of work. When we log tickets we are often fobbed off with ridiculous solutions that do not work, which despite being given proof the solution was not fit for purpose being constantly told to do the same "fix"... which on some occasions is: don't use the tokenised templates option it's buggy... why even provide functionality then advise against it's use. The API is functional but overly complex, and when new versions come out they are not backwards compatible causing additional time and expense.

Ideal eSign Tool

Opmerkingen: Adobe Acrobat Sign is the finest! Easy to use, and it connects and works well with Adobe Suite. If you want to effortlessly sign a document using electronic signatures, I highly recommend this tool. Simple UI is a bonus!

Pluspunten:

I can complete all of my tasks using the mobile application, which is more user-friendly, receives updates, and has a user-friendly interface that is secure as well. Since I use mobile applications the majority of the time, this is the feature of this platform that I enjoy the most. On the other hand, I also like the simple and seamless customization process with the great thing of this platform, and I also like the security as this platform is compliant.

Minpunten:

Sending can be cumbersome and sometimes there is no way of being certain if the recipient received the email besides asking them.

Great tool for signing, limited for customizing templates

Opmerkingen: Overall it is an excellent tool for signinute but it needs improvements in customizing area.

It is performs excellent with the core functionality which is the signing part with multiple ways in signing from the phone, laptop, draw your signature also you can protect your document with passwords and reflect the status of document to another platforms such as salesforce.

Minpunten:

There are two main limitations that bothered me while using it within multiple projects, mainly in salesforce projects the first one is the limitation of customization for the template for example you cannot include related tables inside the template for custom objects using merge mapping which drive the customers to purchase other tools to rid of this limitation, the second limitation is customizing the email content such as including dynamic footer includes HTML.

Great Storage Possibility To Store PDF Documents

Opmerkingen: We started to use Adobe Document Cloud 2 years ago.My overall experience with this software is really awesome.I am working various PDF documentation during a business day.Managing function of documentation is great.It offers customer to work and share a document which needs some one review .It provides efficiency in Daily business.Software is offering secuity and increasing print costs.When you need someone's signature ,you are able to collect all signatures without printing and scanning .You are doing your business in secure way

I like most about the product is security.All important and sensible documents of company are in secure. Documents are only eligible for the staff who has given Access.The other good feature is you can send the document to your client with a signature.In additon customer service are giving very good service ,they are really willing to help you

Really Great E-Signature Software

Opmerkingen: My overall experience with Adobe Sign has been quite great so far. It is a great way for paperless transactions given the shift in day to day operations as a result of the Covd-19 pandemic.

Pluspunten:

I was recently introduced to Adobe Sign by my insurance agent when I had to urgently sign a document but could not go to the company to physically do so. He simply sent the document to me on WhatsApp and I downloaded, signed, saved and forwarded same back to him - a less than five (5) minute process. Although I began using it on a personal level, its use has now transcended to a professional one as I now use it for work. Given the pandemic and having to work remotely, Adobe Sign is the perfect tool to get the job done. I find it very easy to use. It has great integration with a plethora of other software such as Microsoft - Teams, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. I can share the document to multiple people and if a document requires more than one signature, I can assign colour codes to each signatory. I can also send reminders to persons who have not signed a document as yet. Also, there is a variety of customizable templates, which are quite easy to use. With Adobe Sign, transaction turnaround/completion time is decreased, thereby increasing efficiency.

Minpunten:

Adobe Sign can be expensive as there are no free trials. It starts at about $15 but I believe it's worth the money. It would be great to have automatic reminders when a document has not been signed.

It was very easy to manage, share, and distribute all the files, folders, and content that my team needed.

Minpunten:

I was more familiar with Google or Dropbox. There was a small learning curve on how to do small tasks with Adobe.

Good product

Opmerkingen: It was easy to use, but I decided to purchase a comprehensive software for my tax business that included e-signature, so I don't need the stand alone product.

Pluspunten:

Easy to use, and convenient. Adobe reader is ubiquitous so it's convenient to add this feature if you need e-signature.

Minpunten:

The price goes up if you add the KBA (knowledge based authentication), so there may be other options that are more affordable if you need this added security.

Pluspunten:

The software solution allows me to create and edit PDFs. The fact that I can edit text in a PDF file is a great feature. This is something that I use almost every day. It is very easy to use and intuitive. The other great feature I love about this software is organizing PDFs. I submit immigration petitions. So, I scan in documents and sometimes have to reorganize or add documents to a scan. This program allows me to reorganize documents with ease. There are countless other features in this software. I do use some, but not all of them. But, this software is an invaluable solution for my legal practice.

Adobe DC Review

Opmerkingen: Overall I have had a very positive experience using Adobe DC. It is something that I use daily and I rely on as my work location physically changes constantly and intranet services are not always available for me to access my work server. Adobe DC makes it easier for me to work independently as well from my emails and allows me to have my documents at my fingertips.

Pluspunten:

What I liked most about this software was how easily it can be used accross multiple devices. I use various operating systems and application on various devices, and I have not had an iissue using Adobe DC on any of them. I have not had any issues in relation to the hardware I was using and the software seems to run quite similarly and flawlessly accross my devices. I do not appreciate it when software lags on different platforms, amd with this program, it is a non-issue.

Minpunten:

I do not truly have any complaints with this software. The only area I coudl see where there could be some improvement is in relation to speed. Sometimes depending on the file being manipulated, the software might be slower or take a little time to load.
