Customer service is an actual person who answers the phone after the prompt and assists you fully until your issue or concern is satisfied and a solution is found.
It was slow to load when we initially loaded it but after it was loaded we haven't had any other problems with it.

Awesome product for all sports organizations
Pluspunten:
I have helped 3 different leagues (soccer, baseball, and m basketball) migrate to stacked sports. Prior the leagues either were paper registrations, or were other competitors. Stacked sports makes it easy to have consistent ways to communicate with parents, you don’t have to worry about data entry or reading people’s hand writing. It allows for verification of players DOB as well as coach background check approvals )or denials). Makes it super simple to do reports on players and teams as well as communicate to league.
Minpunten:
Sometimes when using IOS safari browser parents have a difficult time seeing what they are missing to complete the registration.

Player Registration Labels and Categories Outdated
Opmerkingen: Really disappointed to see binary categories for gender. Just adding to the exclusion of children who identify different ways and a harsh reminder to their parents of the inequalities and exclusion they face every day.
Pluspunten:
Ease of payment online and ease of submitting required documents.
Minpunten:
Binary options for gender. It is common use in school and other gov official documents to add more categories for gender or at least "other." This program set up is out of step and out of date with where we generally are as a society. Why promote more exclusion, especially related to children?

Efficiency Is The Name of the Game
Opmerkingen: Positive. The season has not begun yet but as of now, everything has been working smoothly and Sports Connect is certainly one of the contributing factors.
Pluspunten:
The best part about Sports Connect is that it's fully integrated. From payment processing to team management, to scheduling and website management - everything works together all in one place. It doesn't get easier! Even GameChanger is integrated!! That is a huge bonus!!!
Minpunten:
I would say, as a brand new user, I wouldn't mind a direct line to talk to someone or live chat with someone when troubleshooting an issue. I'd like to be able to walk it through with an expert because some of what I am trying to do seems very specific to our league and may be unique. Is it even possible? Hard to know unless we can hash it out one-to-one.

One site for all needs

Being able to have the information synchronized to Little league, not having to add all the registration manually, having parents being able so sign up kids, volunteer, buy merchandise and donate all in one place.

This is an ease of use software that handle all registration and teambuilding needs. It has features such as an app for scheduling and it also offers individual and bulk emailing. They also have tons of training videos to help you understand how to operate the software.

The website templates are a bit outdated. I would like to see updates with those options.

Sports connect works for us
Opmerkingen: Very positive. We have a small organization that is 100% run by volunteers. Anything that makes us more effective and efficient is welcome.

I like the fact that i can set up my registrations, and just let them work for me. No more in person signup debacles or bounced checks. So much easier

They do not reset the amount of fees collected after we end our season, nor can we split monies coming in from different sports.
