Finally a better way for version control

Pluspunten:

Our team works hard, but putting the onus of managing the workflow solely on their inboxes made for frequent issues with version control and slow turnaround times. With SpringCM, we were always working on the latest version, could see everyone's input clearly, and had a clear idea of what was in the queue

Minpunten:

We had to get an additional project from IT to allow for pop-ups. Without this, you won't receive alerts when there is a newer version that you should be working from.

Docusign is a GREAT tool to utilize!!

Opmerkingen: My overall experience with Docusign CLM is that it is a great source to get documents sent and signed electronically with a trail to see when they opened it and signed. It also let's you correct the document if you need to change or add anything to the envelopes sent.

Pluspunten:

What I like most about Docusign CLM is that it is very easy to send documents securely to signed. You can send it with authentication and also you are able to view when the intended person opens the document and get verification when they sign.

Minpunten:

There isn't really anything I really dislike about Docusign other than maybe it is a little on the pricey side.

SpringCM is a very convenient software

Pluspunten:

Overall, the features and functionality of SpringCM has been very useful since it provides a centralized location for the storage of contracts. What I like most about the software is that It provides collaboration across users. It allows users to request for document review or creation with just a single push of a button.

Minpunten:

It had drawbacks like browser compatibility. SpringCM seems to work faster in Chrome compared when using IE

Docusign Review

Opmerkingen: My overall experience is positive. I would highly recommend docusign since it's widely used by most professionals.

Pluspunten:

It's easy to use, secure and keep tracks of records.

Minpunten:

It sends out the contract through docusign. I would much prefer that it can send with my email address so the signer can easily identify where or who the contract comes from.

Useful Docusigns

Opmerkingen: Overall, this software is great in having the ability to sign virtual documents on a computer that enable quicker collaborations among team members internally and with vendors, and customers externally.

Pluspunten:

DocuSign CLM is useful in signing electronic documents at work.

Minpunten:

We just recently find out at work that there is a cap to the number of signature when using DocuSign

Easy and simple most the time

Opmerkingen: Overall, DocuSign was a reliable and efficient tool for managing HR documents. It saved time, streamlined processes, and provided a professional way to handle contracts and changes.

Pluspunten:

What I liked most about DocuSign was how it simplified the signing process for contracts and letters. It was quick, secure, and eliminated the need for printing or scanning documents. Feels like the market leader in this space.

Minpunten:

One slight issue with DocuSign was that the setup for templates could sometimes feel clunky. It took a bit of time to ensure documents were formatted correctly for repeated use.

DocuSign CLM Review

Opmerkingen: We use it to send to doctors and hospitals to confirm shifts that will be worked, without this tool, the doctors cannot work - this system makes everything faster and easier to reference back to.

Pluspunten:

Ease of walking through templates is a breeze, it is easy to find the document and tailor it to each client within just a minute of logging in. I love that it saves each client's contact information.

Minpunten:

Nothing in particular stands out, it is very user friendly.

Digitialised our CLM process - and created significant efficiencies

Opmerkingen: Significant enhancements to our CLM process, reduced time, money and risk spent on a problem area for us. Happy customer.

Pluspunten:

We managed to create significant efficiencies in our contract life cycle management process through the introduction of CLM e.g. Centrally creating, negotiating and storing contracts in one place. Managing renewal dates. Alerts for renewals. Ability to report on upcoming contract expiry/renewal dates. The list is endless.

Minpunten:

Implementation was difficult for us. It was down to our set up and having very detailed requirements, however the system need to have a technical product expert / coding expert in place to develop. Or reliance upon Docusign's team based out of ireland, who are good but not cheap.

DocuSign review

Pluspunten:

What I like most about DocuSign is the ease of use. When you need to quickly sign something, all you have to do is hit the next button and it takes you right to the next signature and you click and it signs and done.

Minpunten:

What I like least? I don't think there's anything I don't like about DocuSign.

Opmerkingen: We enter into a legally binding agreements with our clients before we offer services. DocuSign CLM allows us to create customized contracts and request customers to sign after reading and understanding the terms. It also allows real collaboration and editing features you need to create and manage contracts. However, internet connection challenges could cause inconveniences. The pricing could also be a hinderance.

Pluspunten:

DocuSign allows us to create realistic contracts and share to clients for signing before we send our team of contractors to the clients property. This same time, minimizes inconveniences, and encourages clients to honor their contractual obligation. DocuSign allows users to sign from any location where they have access to the internet. It sends security codes and requires users to verify their emails minimizing the chances of unauthorized access. You can adopt the relevant template, edit the contract, and send to other parties without leaving the platform. It allows you to set reminders to ensure the clients sign on time.

Minpunten:

Although it is user-friendly, I often have to call some clients to guide them and ensure they sign as required. It has a fairly steep learning curve for inexperienced users who have never used such a tool. It relies on the internet connection, which poses a challenge to some users in remote locations with shaky internet connection.

Great for Remote Uses.

Pluspunten:

I work remotely and Docusign makes it so easy for me to send documents and have parents sign them and return them quickly. I also like I can use the template feature so I can save it and send it quickly.

Minpunten:

I like that you can customize documents with different signing or check off features. It can be a little tricky and tedious to figure those out.

Best in class but expensive

Opmerkingen: Great experience however decided to use a competitor simply due to price.

Pluspunten:

All used functionality was best in class. Simple to use and safe. Customer service was also strong. Great for enterprise users

Minpunten:

Expensive. The volume of activity determines the price so the $ can rack up quickly making it expensive compared to other solutions

No more in person signatures!

Opmerkingen: It has been great. I have been able to collect signatures and date and store them organized like never before.

Pluspunten:

I love not having to be in person or moving files of papers from office to offce for people to sign. It saves so much time and hassle. Also better organization and less clutter.

Minpunten:

I love it all. It has saved so much time. Signatures are know collected and neatly stored.

SpringCM a Must for Contracts

Opmerkingen: Our many variations of our contracts warranted a look for a solution that would help ease the pain of creating, editing and sending out contracts. Our old solution wasn't cutting it. After many months of due diligence we decided SpringCM was the best fit. The sales staff was patient with us and our million questions. The implementation team was fantastic. They took the time to learn about our business and needs to help get all elements correct.

Pluspunten:

Since nothing baout our contracts are standard we really needed a solution that allowed us to make changes easily. SpringCM's Editor gave us just that ability. The sales team can now make changes without bringing in the legal team. The redlining capabilities makes it easy for legal to see the changes when the contract reaches them. This has allowed for better overall communication between the department, contracts are getting through the workflow faster and sent out the door. We are closing business! SpringCM also integrates perfectly with Salesforce which is a must for us. The application is easy to use and has made for a happier sales staff.

Minpunten:

Implementation did take longer than I anticipated but I'm not sure how much of a con that is. There was a huge learning curve for me on the admin side. Once I filled in the gaps with additional training I felt much more comfortable.

Necessary

Opmerkingen: Makes managing the agreed upon scope of work very fast and efficient. More importantly it makes the last minute additions and adjustments easy to sign off on from both sides.

Pluspunten:

Great software for managing contracts and it’s a necessity for us as it make our life and our clients lives much easier that scanning or faxing. Simple and effective especially for last minute changes.

Minpunten:

A bit more expensive but necessary for us. It’s worth the price if you are constantly dealing with clients and adjustments to the scope of work. Makes managing agreements much quicker.

Amazingly helpful, intuitive tool - best one in our company

Opmerkingen: SpringCM provides the most intuitive and value-added functionality of any workflow, doc management, or e-signature app in the marketplace. We use it primarily for legal review, contract formation, and execution.

Pluspunten:

Everything! The integration of the reviewed, final file creation process with the agnostic (Word, PDF - doesn't matter) e-signature workflow is unsurpassed.

Minpunten:

Would love to see a Contract Summary/Report template that's a bit dumbed-down for yours truly

So grateful to have a contract management tool

Opmerkingen: I started working for a company that had already purchased the SpringCM license, but no one in the organization was familiar with it or really used it. After some training by the great SpringCM team I really love having a real contract management tool that integrates with SalesForce.

Pluspunten:

I like the ability to manage document versions and history within a file, the flexibility to create forms and attributes for tagging documents and the amazingly quick and accurate search feature(s) this alone has saved me countless hours digging through folders and files to try and find what I need.

Minpunten:

It does take some training to really understand the software and the logic behind it, but once you have that under your belt you can really customize the product to meet your organizational needs.

This program makes signing even legal documents for real estate easy.There are practically no document you cant sign using DocuSignI even do my taxes using DocuSign

The files are no longer available once signed after some time has passed. Id like to be able to down load the files for my record. maybe I just haven't figured it out just yet

Opmerkingen: Although I have confidence this is a clean and efficient platform, I experienced a few false starts that could have adversely impacted contracts that were time-sensitive for our receiving parties.

Pluspunten:

-love the ease of use - the UI is very easy to navigate -when I've used the platform it's responded in a reasonable amount of time

Minpunten:

-main concern has been the login/account issues I've experienced -- not sure if this is an admin concern, but for the first 3 months of having access I needed to create a new account each month. the time lost between getting accounts reactivated/created was more tedious than I would've liked.

Top Notch

Pluspunten:

Great Contract Management system. We have used it to automate some of our workflows and retain document control.

Minpunten:

They recently removed a feature that I really enjoyed, other than that, no real complaints. Reliable.

Very easy user interface

Opmerkingen: So far we have managed to use this application for several departments at my organization. Everyone has been pleased with the ease of use and multiple ways to ingest content seamlessly. Folder email addresses and hot folders for auto-routing are a must in our processes. Additionally, from a management standpoint, access and security is a breeze.

Pluspunten:

Resembles typical file management structure. Security can be customized down to a document level. Similar setup/configuration to industrial-type DMS. Ability to integrate e-signature application. Version control and file history.

Minpunten:

Would like the ability to customize user administrator access to attribute/metadata groups.

Most customization's and updates need to be made via XML coding.and this can be time consuming and somewhat labor intensive.

Spring CM review

Opmerkingen: I am not impressed with the Spring CM software. It is not very customizable and the workflows are clunky. There are several basic features it seems to be missing to make life easier especially in the document review workflows. the Software is sporadically very slow and you have to refresh quite a few times waiting on new items to show up on the dashboard.

Pluspunten:

it integrates nicely with salesforce and has good search functionality.

Minpunten:

not able to customize enough clunky workflows inability to use certain features w/o a Spring license - this comes into place during the review work flow process
