Opmerkingen: We have been using Acculynx for years. It is extremely user friendly. If I ever have a problem or question, customer service is always available and helpful.

Pluspunten:

User friendly Self Explanatory Customer service is fantastic Customizable All facets of company can use and communicate (office, sales, production, accounts receivable etc)

Minpunten:

Our only issue is the app. Would love if it was more adapted to iphones

Opmerkingen: I only use the front end but I do feel it's made juggling accounts incredibly easy both for my organization and communicating with our back end team.

Pluspunten:

Intergration functionality is fantastic. Internal communication functions are also easy to navigate

Minpunten:

I wish it was easier to delete documents from files

Estimator and insurance specialist

Opmerkingen: It is usable but not a good product. I do not have more to say.

Pluspunten:

It is a usable CRM. I do not have anything else good to say about Acculynx

Minpunten:

User interface, the navigation, the dashboard page, the messages, the reports, smart docs, invoicing, estimating, ordering. They all can be simplified and improved in many ways.

Acculynx, For the Pros

Opmerkingen: Overall it is the best CRM out there I have tried them all and this by far exceeds them with CSR reps and the automation.

Pluspunten:

The user Interface on this is awesome and the knowledge base will make the onboarding a breeze for all Depts.

Minpunten:

The Scheduler tool. It requires that you create a ticket for all making the calendar unreadable at times.

User friendly

Opmerkingen: Very happy. Much more user friendly than our previous CRS

Pluspunten:

Ease of use. Very user friendly. Uploads of photos and documents are much faster than our previous system. I'm a big fan of the watch list feature and also the checklist on the field page.

Minpunten:

Sometimes slow uploads but could just be my signal

Awesome Program

The ease of how it flows to our needs. Everything is there that you would need to enter all your information. We are still learning more everyday.

Minpunten:

Nothing so far I love it. We are still learning more and more as our needs change.

Marketing Life Saver

Opmerkingen: We onboarded this year and after some initial hiccups have succesfully transferred our whole team over.

Pluspunten:

SmartDocs! A lifesaver from a marketing perspective.

Minpunten:

Small things- would like more features in Acculynx (alignment, videos, etc)

Hands down best crm for Roofing

Onboarding team is amazing app is intuitive and better than anything on the market

Minpunten:

Payment system and lack of reasonable credit card/ach fees, and to charge the fees directly to the customer without having to alter the invoice

Opmerkingen: Everyone on the team was so helpful with setting up our business for the first time. The would call and to see if we had any questions and were always super friendly and willing to help. All of the staff seemed to be very passionate about acculynx.

Lots of tools to help with organization and communication with customer

I think everything works very well together, I don't have any cons.

Communication Tab is Garbage

Pluspunten:

Easy to use but new updates are making it harder to use.

Minpunten:

The new communication tab is absolutely horrible. Please do not use it.

Love the photo features

Opmerkingen: I’ve used it in the past and the photo reporting can’t be matched, it’s the only reason why I’m here. If someone matches it I’ll consider leaving. Don’t like paying $3.99 per signature where other cram don’t charge for this feature.

Pluspunten:

Photo reports, the albums, PDFs, acculynx camera, and editing.

Minpunten:

Price, I can see $100 per user not $120. Also I’m a startup company wished there is something to help business startups. It’s hard getting up and running. Sending thousands out at startup and to have a big company like acculynx not provide something in return at startup leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I like that it has every thing on handed that it help me stay me be organized with my jobs and crew.

Minpunten:

That you have to pay for every app. when you already pay for acculynx on a monthly.

Excellent CRM for High Volume

Pluspunten:

The system is very user friendly even for us contractors who are more comfortable using a hammer instead of a computer. We use many of the automation features which makes it very easy to keep our customers informed throughout the project and our sales team up-to-date.

Minpunten:

It would be nice to have a few more integrations with other software companies, giving us more options as to where we want to invest our time and money. Also all of the add-ons, and separate features are hard to keep track of. I do think the production tool should be on all acculynx platforms.

Great Everyday Usage

Acculynx Integration

Opmerkingen: I overall like acculynx a lot but it needs some upgrades

Pluspunten:

I like the leads, Prospect, approved, completed, invoiced section. I like how you can email, text and the customer portal and share stuff to it.

Minpunten:

I don't like the worksheets and I don't see the point to them. Quickbooks add on is not affective. I also think the phone app needs alot of work

AccuLynx is a great product to help manage leads and keep track of where we are at in the process

Opmerkingen: AccuLynx is great and helps to keep each homeowner in the loop and helps to keep track of the communication between homeowners as well.

Pluspunten:

I like that you can scan in your documents and can select folders for each paper. It saves instantly as long as you have good service.

Minpunten:

When my AccuLynx was synced to my sales rabbit and it always created two leads to each one homeowner but I was able to fix that.

Highly recommend this user-friendly CRM

Pluspunten:

This is a very intuitive system and someone with very little CRM experience should be able to be guided through it to full use very quickly and easily.

Minpunten:

This is not something I like "least" - this is just something that AccuLynx needs to look into for the future. We can order EagleView Reports through AccuLynx, but hopefully one day there will be an automatic integration with the EagleView Drone Assess program to pull measurements automatically into a quote based on lead address.

Opmerkingen: Other than not being informed that the texting was not working until after we had sent a weeks worth of text to clients and our team our experience has been positive overall.

The team/person we had implementing our AccuLynx was phenomenal!

Cost seemed high - maybe with more use it will prove to be worth the cost

Opinion on acculynx

Opmerkingen: good. Every day I’ve been getting better at using the app.

Pluspunten:

uploads are easy and quick. the organization of the clients makes finding what you need easy as well as simple to dig into their file and back out again.

Minpunten:

descriptions should be added to tabs. some of the words used on the app are too closely related to each other.
