I finally know who is spending what before the bill actually arrives, which makes my job way easier. That said, getting there wasn't fun. The implementation took longer than we expected, and getting our non-techy staff to actually use it correctly was a struggle. It’s not something you "pick up" in an afternoon. But now that we are over the hump, I can’t imagine going back to the old way.
