Pluspunten:

What i like most about ManWinWin is that it is made by asset managers. The worflows are intuitive and natural, all you might need is included, from a small maintenance department to a multi-site maintenance department. The learnign curve is short and you'll have it running in a short period of time.

Minpunten:

Nothing to mention. This is a good product.

Opmerkingen: So far the use of the software has been a great experience, but I see that I could explore the system more and use the resources it has more. I believe that with this training that will be made available, I will be able to learn more and use the CMMS better. The lack of maintenance history, due to the fact that there was no one to register the services. The benefits are that we are now starting to have a maintenance history and we can prepare KPI’s and be able to analyze how our maintenance management is doing.

Pluspunten:

The things I liked most were the lay-out of the system, ease of registering the equipment, having a dashboard that works, in many systems the graphs cannot be used in reports. The integration with our equipment was smooth. The website providing an “implementation guide” was fantastic!

Minpunten:

So far there is nothing in the software that I have not liked.

Unrealized tasks

Pluspunten:

It is easy to use and the informatics requirements are not a big deal.

Minpunten:

Not allowed reprograming the unrealized tasks in the new work order and that create restrictions in lubrification for example.

Pluspunten:

This product is very easy to use, it is a product that is possible to work on the factory floor and to be fed by hundreds of workers, without any problem. - without people feed these software there is no software that can resist.

Minpunten:

being the MWW a CMMS, in companies where there is ERP too, there is a need to integrate the 2 software so that there is a control of stocks and correct costs with the financial department. but we did this task and it works. the reports can be better to avoid to be transfer to excel.

Pluspunten:

MANWINWIN provides the free edition which is very useful for a small and developing company like ours. The free version is the best tool to be used as a proof of concept for the board to determine whether we should invest in this CMMS. The free edition is sufficiently satisfying in terms of the features such as plant management, work order scheduling, material management, and even cost & budget management. Although other competitors have these features, usually they don't provide these features on their free edition software.

My personal experience with ManWinWin!

Pluspunten:

Everything was organised, easy to use the program tools.Flexibility to alternate the data, provides great efficiency to find data and modify it.Is great for beginners and professionals to ease their daily hassle of writing in papers.

Minpunten:

Make a lightweight versions of this program that are designed for different fields.Example: ( Pharmasutical , Bioengineering , Agriculture , .... ).

A user friendly integrated maintenance software with excellent customer support!

Opmerkingen: We have worked for years with several EAM and CMMS maintenance software part of Tier 1 ERPs and struggled with their adaptability to our fleet maintenance requirements and their slow and inefficient support. When we shifted to Manwinwin CMMS, we have found a software that encompasses a huge amount of maintenance related features that brought value to our business and covered most of our business requirements. Not to forget the close follow-up, training and after sales support of Manwinwin professional technicians.

Pluspunten:

Manwinwin version 6 has an amazing user friendly icon based interface where you can navigate easily and fill your master configuration and setup data then start working in planning and recording your daily maintenance work. The best features are: The assets datasheets include all possible details and even the asset picture. The assets meters management is amazing and has a forecasting function. The organization data mapping is straight forward. The Excel to Manwinwin upload tool is very helpful, the stock level control is great and the daily work load calendar management has a tremendous impact on the work scheduling.

Minpunten:

Nothing major to report but some minor nice to have features were requested from Manwinwin management that promised to attend to such as the Worklist grouping by asset and the asset picture automatic aspect ratio adjustment.

ManWinWinExpress – an useful software for maintenance management

Opmerkingen: At first, I used the program ManWinWinExpress to create a database with the equipment onboard a ship for research purpose. After reading the implementation guide and optimizing the database, I noticed the ease of use and the features that this program can offer. Even if the program is not created specifically as a CMMS for ships, it can be optimized for this purpose and also for other related area like port and offshore facilities.
For this reason, I decided that this program should be used as a teaching tool during laboratory and seminars for subjects like “Logistics”, “Maintenance” and “Maintenance Management”.

Pluspunten:

The ease of use, intuitive user interface, tree architecture, details about assets, code system define by user, generating reports.

Minpunten:

Because of the various tools and features a great help will be a tip balloon or a help assistant (at least for the features that are not use frequently).

Opmerkingen: Our business has been growing over the last few years and this program will help us keep up with the maintenance. Customer service has been very helpful, when we needed it. I like the fact that the program can be downloaded for free and used with up to 100 items, it gives you a chance to sell it to your co-workers and the company owners with nothing more than a time investment.

Pluspunten:

Overall seems to be well thought out. has some great features with scheduling and the ability to track almost everything. Has places to enter troubleshooting, which was a very important feature with me.

Minpunten:

Not a lot of instructions or an operations manual. Takes a little while to figure out a system and there is quite a bit of data entry. So if you are starting from ground zero. it will take some time.

A great experience with MWW.

Opmerkingen: MWW is a great maintenance tool. Allow to save all equipment register in one single data base, extremely organized and with the possibility to create our programs.

Pluspunten:

- Costumer support available; - Friendly-user interface for all users; - With online interface it can be use in tablets, cell phones and laptops; - Good information structure presentation; - Very intuitive and easy software; - Nice and clean organization; - Filters set is a plus; - Different colours on the OT's to ensure everything gets done on time. - Generate reports for maintenance KPI´s.

- Reports layout can only be customized by Navaltik assistance; - When an observation is recorded in “Observation’s Tab” , an alert message is not sent to inform the other users. - It is not possible to restrict the access of restricted users, to certain areas of the structure.

It's a software that every maintenance company should have

Opmerkingen: Cost control. ManWinWin is simple, practical and very intuitive software. It has a good performance where you can extract much information needed for proper maintenance. It shoud send pop up alerts like Outlook

the organization structure already done by Manwinwin reflect the REX and know-how in CMMS, so it was easy to implement some best practices in my industry. Follow-up is also great on the dashboard.

Some limitations about the number of equipment in the free version could be increased to let the user test all the functionalities and go further in the purchase process of parts.

Opmerkingen: ManWinWin software is a consistent tool that dally helps Petibol managing all maintenance task. Enables us to get a better visibility of our problems and weaknesses, which were impossible to evaluate in the past. Now we are more organized, we easily chose priorities, we assign tasks, we control them, and with the performance figures we can set goals and new targets. Now we can “relax” because we know we have a guardian angel.
Nowadays ManWinWin it's indispensable. It's like not having a smart phone! Today is unthinkable!

A very good system for a good maintenance record

Opmerkingen: Have a good history of the interventions made at the installation cost and time load associated with each equipment.

Pluspunten:

I really like being able to put photos to the registered equipment, to make an easy search about the intervened equipment and to be able to attach several documents to the equipment.

Minpunten:

Access be made with limited passwords, a system that has several users in several families access should be unlimited. Training should be included in the annual amount.
