I wasn't sure how to diagnose my score setup problem at first without help.

Opmerkingen: im still fairly new to frontlead, but so far, its a five out of five stars. even if i get lost front lead actually fills in the gaps for me

the fact that it does the job for me by sending out my emails, reminders, and marketing ideas and research i wouldnt have thought of myself

its not promoted or advertised enough.if not for a friend in the marketing field reccomending, id never knew about it
Frontlead is a must have solution.
Opmerkingen: I am very happy with Frontlead, I used solution like Typeform and I liked but FrontLead solve my form needs with a good price.

Assessment Generation at a Value Price
Opmerkingen: Very responsive and powerful, with room to improve on UX controls. Great value for the cost.

It's ability to tabulate results both in entirety and by section to make very insightful assessments.
Minpunten:
It was written in Europe and some of the instructions use syntax that isn't intuitive to an American English speaker. But their support is terrific.

Opmerkingen: I had a great experience using Frontlead to set up my quiz. The platform was intuitive, and adding questions with images and a scoring system was straightforward. I did hit a bit of a snag with the thank you page and the email setup for quiz takers, but Frontlead’s support team was incredibly responsive and quickly guided me through the process. Thanks to their help, I had my quiz up and running in no time. Highly recommend Frontlead for anyone looking for a reliable quiz platform with excellent support!

Opmerkingen: Amazing Experience! The product surpassed my expectations with being able to get more information from potential clients, as well redirect them to my affiliate partners contact information or my own online scheduler. Support has been ABSOLUTLY the best, communication with Dietmar has been amazing with answering some questions I had in the beginning before fully purchasing the software.

I just had a small issue trying to find out how to make the score function how I wanted, and so the [sensitive content hidden] quickly set up a personal invite to a live video call where he explained how to accomplish everything I needed and even more options that I didn't know about! Truly an exemplary customer service experience and I am very happy with what Frontlead can do as a lead magnet for my business! :)

Pluspunten:
Obwohl ich noch in der Free-Version unterwegs war, hat sich Frontlead so intensiv um meine Fragen gekümmert, wie du es bei anderen Anbietern - vielleicht - erst erlebst, nachdem du die super-duper Enterprise-Version gekauft hast.Die intuitive Bedienung.
Minpunten:
Der Sprung zwischen der Light-Version mit 200 Kontakten und der Premium-Version mit 2000 Kontakten ist zu groß. Da fehlt noch eine Zwischen-Variante.

Man hat nicht sehr viele Frage-Optionen auf einer Seite, bei Mitbewerber Heyflow kann man mehr abfragen.

Great application with excellent customer service! The application fulfills my needs by generating forms and funnels effortlessly, and it has a beautiful customizable look and feel. The customer service team was quick and helpful when I needed assistance. I even suggested a feature, and they not only studied it but also implemented it within a week! Als Laie bin ich ohne den Support bei den Einstellungen nicht weitergekommen. Hilfreiche Erklärungen im Portal selbst über Erklärungsseiten oder kurze YouTube-Videos wären hilfreich wie z.B bei Squarespace.

First insights into Frontlead

First of all, I would like to emphasize the ease and intuitiveness of the service. As a person who has tried many services before Frontlead, I can say that this product is aimed at ordinary people, without complicated transitions and terminology, etc.
Minpunten:
Since the service is quite young, it will take some more time to determine the cons. Perhaps, users will have needs in the process of use that are not yet implemented in the product, or something in the process of creation will be unsatisfactory, etc.

Good Value for mid tier product
