Some of the plug ins with Bullhorn are slow but this isn't Allsorters issues

It does not format well even if the information is specifically stated on the CV already. Its also places the information all over the place. It is easier to do it myself rather than to use Allsorter

A recruiter's friend

Opmerkingen: My overall experience has been positive. I have really appreciated having a single point of contact to assist with my Allsorter needs, which doesnt involve me having to fill out a generic "contact us" form. Allsorter feels like they care about my needs personally, since our point of contact is responsive and changes our templates as needed. The system is pretty quick to learn and works well for all resume formats.

Pluspunten:

Allsorter has made the task of editing resumes simplified by providing shortcuts that save me significant time. I appreciate that it can format any type of resume with few errors.

Minpunten:

One thing I don't like about Allsorter is that it takes any skill it reads in the resume and adds it to the technical skills section in 1 paragraph. Since most technical candidates have their own organized chart of skills, that is what I prefer to bring over into the edited version. Allsorter isnt capable of reading this chart and bringing it over as it is.

Great improvements to the platform.

Opmerkingen: I reviewed Allsorter when it was first launched and again earlier this year. The product has improved in multiple ways and was a very sound investment decision for our business.

Opmerkingen: Overall Allsorter has improved the quality of CVs issued to hiring managers. The length of time to prepare a CV has significantly reduced so the tool is effective in our business

Pluspunten:

Allsorter is easy to use, take the pain out of manually preparing a CV to issue to hiring managers and clients. Ongoing updates make the product more easy to use and it's functionality is evolving constantly. Minpunten:

*Increasingly CVs are designed by candidates with page breaks, saved in certain formats that are not adaptable through Allsorter. This can take time to get the issues resolved which is against the purpose of the efficiency of using it in the first place. *Sometimes random letters might be missing on CV's or certain words highlighted in Italics.* When spacing text on the CV, large gaps are left in pages which are difficult to format.

Great CV formatting tool

Opmerkingen: Aside from the product itself, the implementation team and account managers have been knowledgeable, professional and effective.

Pluspunten:

We searched for years to find a product that enables us to format CVs in a particular way and is appropriate to our business. Allsorter fulfills the brief in terms of functionality, ease of use and price. It has saved a huge amount of time in preparing CV shortlists and is one of the best tech products we have incorporated recently. Great product.

Some areas of the CV aren't always carried across correctly - for example the Skills section is automatically populated but if they had a skills section in their CV I think this should carry across

Opmerkingen: The customer service is excellent and is very quick to help and do what they can. I have been very pleased with all that I have worked with.

Pluspunten:

It formats the resumes and gives me a head start that saves me time as I format the resumes for all recruiters

Minpunten:

There are little things that you still need to tweak and sometimes I think the resume is pulled from somewhere other than what we have in BH b/c I have to totally redo the resume with correct information. We have worked on spacing several times and I still have to do a lot of spacing corrections. But overall it saves me a lot of time as it puts it in and I just have to tweak it.

Great and useful tool

Opmerkingen: Overall, we have enjoyed the product minus the inital kinks we needed to work out. Several of out recruiters rely on the tool heavily to get resumes formatted efficiently and effectively.

Pluspunten:

We implemented Allsorter as a tool to cut back on multiple variations of resumes being submitted to our clients. It has also helped to cut back on time spent by each individual recruiter formatting resumes. Overall, we have found the recruiters on our teams, depend heavily on the the Allsorter tool. I would definitely recommend it to other firms.

Minpunten:

Initially we had some issues with the tool eliminating things we needed to be in our template or the format in which it was populating the formatted resume however we worked with the support team to iron out the kinks.

Great CV formatting software

Pluspunten:

Allsorter efficiently formats CV's into a uniform layout. It very rarely needs any tweaks to it and saves us loads of time.

Minpunten:

It could be slightly better at discerning between jobs where people have been with businesses for multiple years and held multiple job roles.

The best thing about allsorter is simple; the speed and accuracy of converting CV's coupled with the ease of the software, even for entry level operators.

The text boxes can sometimes be a little difficult to maneuver.

Pluspunten:

I love how customised our all sorted experience is! Our profile template has changed a couple times since we moved to AllSorter and each time has been such an easy experience. It's been so time saving and has changed the game for resume formatting. I could't imagine my job without it anymore.

Minpunten:

There are very few cons that spring to mind, I think the main con is that ocassionaly it removes location names when formatting a CV.

Pluspunten:

Resume parsing is great as it enables us to format CVs quickly. It also means that formatted CVs are uniformed to company standard and means we are better able to promote the company when submitting CVs to clients.

Minpunten:

It would be nice if we could customise the template a bit ourselves but other than that there is nothing I dislike.

Finally! Someone developed a solution to resume formatting.

Pluspunten:

Our team has been able to save countless hours that we used to spend getting resumes into our standard format. It used to take a recruiter/admin 15 minutes on average to get a rescue into our standard format but now it's less than 5 minutes.

Minpunten:

It is not "perfect"...once the resume is re-formatted, you still need to finish it off before sending on to a client. It gets it 95% of the way there though.

Allsorter for everyday

Opmerkingen: More I use the more I am liking. The customer service is amazing. Any query a quick response received, easy to have a Teams meeting and share screen

Pluspunten:

Easy to use once completed a couple of CV's and understand how the different functions work. Love being able to add the cover sheet at a later time to a CV already formatted. Easy to download in to word.Looks professional when presented to clientGets easier to use as you gain experience

Minpunten:

The skills / qualification section, however this is due to candidates personalised formatting. Way round this is using the flexible format for the skills area.Education / qualification fields need to decide if the text area is required as leaves gaps between each event that then need tidying up in word if being presented.

All sorter saves me so much time!
