Excellent for ESG Newbies

Pluspunten:

Novata's platform was easy to use, easy to collaborate with others, but most importantly, for someone new to these assessments, each question/metric came with an explanation, and the built-in live chat was FAST and INFORMATIVE. I couldn't believe how zero-hassle it was to get help when I needed, it in a way which wouldn't slow/stall my progress when I got stuck on a question

Minpunten:

Wasn't really important to me but they did not have an import function to bring in assessment responses from another assessment platform if needed

Very nice, easy to use!

It's very easy to fill in and analyze data, as well as add users to streamline data input even more

Pluspunten:

Nova was a easy to use platform, with helpful metric definitions and benchmark comparison. It also enables the user to navigate between the questions, and automatically save all the inputs.

Minpunten:

The chatbot available does not really supports on the questions, but instead directs to a point of contact.

Opmerkingen: Very helpful data collection tool that allows for increased efficiencies for GPs but also provides value to portfolio companies through its useful guidance material and hands on support. Overall, we are very satisfied with the product and service delivered and definitely recommend to other GPs.

Pluspunten:

- Easy to navigate and intuitive platform- automated data collection that integrates with existing systems and processes- ability to apply standard metrics as well as customized metrics- guidance material around specific KPIs- very helpful and responsive customer support team- thorough onboarding process for both GP and portcos

This is still a young platform and thus naturally some features still need to be developed further.

New Software, Streamlined and Effective

Opmerkingen: Our Private Equity owners asked us to use this software and also set up the metrics they wanted us to report on. Since they have a large portfolio, some of the metrics are not applicable to us, but that's easy enough to mark as not reported for our entity. Getting support when we need it has been easy and the Novata team is very easy to work with. Overall, it's been a very positive experience and I'm happy with the product.

Pluspunten:

Novata is incredibly simple to navigate. There is guidance available to explain what each metric relates to. I like that we can have multiple people working on the ESG questionnaire at the same time collaboratively.

Minpunten:

Novata is new and still creating functionality and feature requests. Some features are less intuitive than they could be--I'd love the system to auto-save as you click through the different metrics. Right now you must hit the save button before hitting next or it doesn't record your answers. Also, finding the guidance or help can sometimes be a little confusing, but we do always get there in the end.

ESG KPI Reporting

Easy to navigate - Easy to understand KPI's were supplemented with explanations

I would have liked an explanation on external validation of data (i.e a list of what verifications would be accepted)

Easy to Use

Pluspunten:

As a user of the software for ESG reporting purposes, it was simple to go online and input my responses.

Minpunten:

Would really like easier interface to upload Excel data into the forms that Novata has built into its system.

Great program to prepare an ESG report.

Pluspunten:

The ease of finding what needs to be entered and guidance on what they are looking for.

Minpunten:

Sometimes the guidance can be a little vague. However, the customer service is always willing to help clarify any questions.

Risk Management EHS Review

Opmerkingen: Good experience

Pluspunten:

I really liked capturing the days away and hours away from work due to a job injury. This helps to see where you stand in a smaller pool of employment groups. I also like the emissions calculations. I just feel as if fleet CO2 could be captured as well. This could be captured to see the age of the fleet as well.

Minpunten:

Nothing. Very through and easy to use software

ESG/Impact Metric Reporting

Pluspunten:

The software is a purpose-built tool for ESG/metric collection and analysis. The company has strong impact/ESG credentials, and the customer support team has been very hands-on/helpful.

Minpunten:

Being a new product, the proprietary benchmarking tools will take some time to develop as the collected data set grows.

Novata - ESG Reporting

Opmerkingen: The process started with an introduction session that introduced you to the process and software. The software is easy to use and intuitive. Very good product

Pluspunten:

It is easy to use, has very good help menu that gives you instructions on how calculate data. It allows you to save and return to the data input.

Minpunten:

There was nothing about the software that was negative

Ease of use

Opmerkingen: It was easy. It was my first time collecting this kind of information so it was insightful and easy to do. At first thought the metrics seemed difficult to measure but when you see the inputs that are required, its actually very simple.

Pluspunten:

The product is very easy to use and the metrics are defined very clearly. The calculations are clearly defined too. It was very easy to see what information still needed to be completed for each section because of the circular indicator.

Minpunten:

I had to request a temporary password almost every time I logged in, which was annoying but still very quick and simple so for security sake its not a big deal.

Novata Review

Opmerkingen: We used this for an ESG report as requested by our holding company. It was easy to complete with Novata!
