Our Kindly chatbot is great
We chose Kindly as our Chatbot provider for their excellent language technology and their easy intergration. They were hands-on when building the chatbot, and helped us get it up and running in just four weeks! The chatbot now plays a vital role in our customer support, and allows us to help our users 24 hours a day.
When we went live with the chatbot we wanted a lot more data on how the chatbot was doing. This was not accessible to us, but Kindly is a fast growing company and they continue to come up new features and better data tracking.
