Hands down the best Mapping tech out there

Opmerkingen: We use NextBillion.ai's API for a bunch of use cases for a client in Logistics industry. We use the Distance Matrix API for ETA calculation, their geocoding and places API and their VRP solver for complex route optimization. We love the ease of integration and helped us go-live very quickly. Overall experience was great.

Pluspunten:

I really like that there is a generous free tier for almost all API. I like the quality and active nature of support. The costs are also very reasonable and does not drive a business to bankruptcy.

Minpunten:

Nothing that I can mention specifically.

Great APIs for ETA calculation and Route Planning

Opmerkingen: Our overall experience has been really good so far, we love their support and cost is very reasonable.

Pluspunten:

I like that we get 100000 API calls free every month. I really like the active support nextbillion provides. The ETA provided are very precise and we used for our field professionals who travel to patient destinations for sample collection.

Minpunten:

There is nothing specific I dislike at this point in time.

NextBillion AI - Bolt Technologies collaboration

Pluspunten:

The mapcreation platform has been very customised and also gives users to edit and maintain their maps at extremely low cost and with high quality ensuring higher customer satisfaction

Minpunten:

Nothing as of now as we believe that every product goes through further iterations

NextBillionAI's driving matrix is top tier

Opmerkingen: [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] from NextBillionAI were very helpful in getting familiar with the software and answering questions we had during integration. The integration was very smooth and we were able to swap out our previous provider quickly.

Pluspunten:

Simply put, this was the only software that could return a driving matrix in the size we required.

Minpunten:

We haven't run across any downsides to NextBillion's service yet.

Better ETAs for our customers and vendors

Most impactful feature is better ETAs. Easy to implement and cost effective.

No features that are currently difficult to implement or use.

Emergency Services APIs

Highly responsive and reliable platform. We are able to achieve what their global competitors offer at a much more reasonable price

Minpunten:

I don’t think there is anything to be specific about. They are a young and growing team and have built a platform that can grow to disrupt the space

Next Billion helped us integrate mapping into our internal platform in the least amount of time.

Pluspunten:

We use NextBillion maps for internal tools we built for our marketing team and were blown away by how easy it was to integrate into our React application.

Minpunten:

Nothing I can think of. We had a very seamless experience

Data Matrix - great value for money

Matrix of distance let us to provide great services for end customers at a very reasonable price

Using data and API from NextBillion to understand travel access

API was easy to understand and deploy. Technical support is quick with answering queries about which optional API parameters are available for use in my market.

Travel mode options are limited to only four-wheelers in my market of concern.
