I really is very easy to make your funnels, and create awesome flows for contacts. Also the helpdesk is awesome. At every single moment you can ask a question, and you will be helped within a couple of minutes. This is a really great feature. If you do have questions, you simply want to be helped instantly. Also these are real humans, so no bots involved. I also gave them some tips for future upgrades, and the development team is going to create these.
