It integrates perfectly with MS Office and 365 with the recently-added feature to edit online in Office 365.
I found it really hard to use at the beginning and it wasn’t really well explained.

Glasscubes Intranet/CRM - What a find
Opmerkingen: Our experience with Glasscubes has been an extremely positive one since the moment I first spoke to Craig. He conducted two online presentations, which having sold software for 18 years, I think are some of the best I have had. Clear, concise, informative, in plain english and no hard sell (just let the product do the work for him!). The implementation and on-boarding process is both intuitive and straight forward with lots of support both from the team and from online content, which is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for our primary contacts. Pound for pound, Glasscubes exceeds expectation and I can only imagine will get better and better. Yes there are improvements that can be made but their 'vote for new functionality' that clients can access will enable them to prioritise and gauge what to do next. We are a team of 13 and the overwhelming feedback has been really positive from the whole company and has made us far more collaborative, centralising all our work and creating a focal point for our company. I very much look forward to working with Glasscubes for many years to come and if they maintain their standards, they will become a real force in this market and a natural choice for small SMEs.

Minpunten:
- would like to see smoother integration with MS Office suite (both on PC and Mac). I appreciate refinements to this process are ongoing. Working on a Mac, it this is slightly clunky but really not a deal breaker in anyway.

Opmerkingen: The problem of solving a one stop shop for each specific job/campaign and associated assets for a wider marketing team. Glasscubes worked well for us. It was important that the right people could see the right task and files for the right brief.
Pluspunten:
Ease of use across multi-channel marketing teams. One simple place to manage and track campaign work.
Minpunten:
The missing function would be for there to be an option where you can choose to download all files from a job rather than having to download them individually.

Cheap and cheerful collaboration
Pluspunten:
Ease of set-up and simple cost model. Sharing documents with suppliers is non chargeable license. Fast on boarding
Minpunten:
Poor versioning, real basic desktop UI, poor integration with mobile platforms
Eerder overwogen alternatieven:
Review of the system/product after 7 years of usage
Opmerkingen: Good product, 100% reliability and resilience in my experience and can't recall any downtime except for planned overnight downtime that did not interfere with our operation
Pluspunten:
This is an honest & genuine review after many years of experience with the system/product & I would highly recommend it. I have been using & administering the system for over 7 years and have not had any glitches or downtime at all. The responses to queries and issues from the team is rapid and problems are resolved quickly. They are also open to additional features and development.
Minpunten:
We have had to come to an understanding with the finance people of GlassCubes that in NHS we take a while to pay our invoices and sometimes can't react quick enough to pay them due to internal processes
Staying organised with GlassCubes
Opmerkingen: A little daunting at first because of it's scale, we've been using GC for a couple of years now and it's a really powerful and helpful business tool.
Pluspunten:
Love how GlassCubes helps to organise resources, chats and different working groups, no matter how large our community gets.
Minpunten:
Finding the right levels for personal notifications is very fiddly. And the lack of direct chat functionality is also quite restrictive meaning we sometimes have to take conversations out of GlassCubes when we'd ideally like to keep them in.
I love Glasscubes!!
Opmerkingen: It offers so many amazing features that you can more or less customize for a variety of uses. It's easy, it's flexible, and the support folks are just awesome.

I use the project management sections using the CanBan methodo,logy and occasionally creating the management tiers is a bit tricky, the way project items are moved around into tiers. But I do get it to work.
Saving us hours of resource
Pluspunten:
Prior to using Glasscubes, our whole team was involved in contacting our clients, multiple times a year to request their records. This was very time consuming and was not as successful as we would have liked. We started using Glasscubes this tax year and to date it has saved us around 288 hours of resource, allowing our staff to proceed with the actual work. Will definitely be using again in future years.
Minpunten:
The search function could be easier, right now you have to search on email addresses rather than client names.

The only issue we have experienced with GlassCubes was with the notification settings, which was sorted out with the team efficiently and in a quick turnaround time.
User-friendly and effective

Very simple layout, but so efficient and effective way of sharing documents with colleagues around the world. Most importantly, it's reliable and secure!

Straightforward
Opmerkingen: I am using it as a Board member so all documents are loaded in preparation for meetings.

It is easy to move between documents and I get notifications when new files are added

I would like to be able to create a link from a document to take me direct to another. It would be helpful to be able to add private notes, all comments are visible.
Fantastic Programme
Opmerkingen: The key benefits is that all the documents we need to access and use can all be stored in one place for everyone to access. My life has been made simpler as I have just one place to go to find the information I need. I can also do this on-the-go which is ideal for me as I work away from the office most days.
Pluspunten:
The programme is really easy to navigate and the functionality is simple to use. There is also a search facility which I find really useful. I also like the fact that you can communicate easily with colleagues via the message system or leave comments against files to inform others of any changes, etc. This is particularly useful if you work in a virtual network or team. There is also an app that you can download on your phone or tablet so you can access files on the move.
Minpunten:
The only downside I have found is that I need to download documents to edit and then re upload, but that is down to my institution not the programme itself. The system can be accessed on a desktop if you work for an institution which allows it.

I use Glasscubes on a daily basis. It is a great platform to manage multiple projects and client work processes. As a consultant, it helps me to present an organized plan of action, communicate clearly, and document all aspects of the project. The customer service is top-notch! I've used other similar products, and this is by far the most intuitive and useful
Minpunten:
Having to save when you assign a task and then save again when you assign a due date.
Glasscubes - SharePoint Extranet Replacement
Opmerkingen: Very positive. Rollout was painless. Our migration plan worked quite well. Glasscubes Support has been very responsive helping us with anything that has come up.
Pluspunten:
- ease of use - ease of administration - not browser dependent - users had the ability to invite their clients and colleagues to their workspaces

- administration needed some fine tuning - drag and drop feature was inconsistent (has since been corrected)
Newbie Experience with Glasscubes in a Consulting Environment
Opmerkingen: Glasscubes was initially bought to meet the needs of a single client. Its ease of use and acceptable costs made this feasible. Our experience has been very positive and we intend to roll this out with other clients

We needed to find a service that:1. We could set up and get running very quickly2. Was easy to use with a near-zero learning curve3. Was affordable to setup and maintain4. Provided a professional, easy to use portal that clients could pick up and use with zero effort. We needed an attractive and accessible user interface5. Had excellent and rapidly responsive customer support in case of questions or suggestions.Glasscubes meets every one of these needs and then some.

I have yet to find a problem. Glasscubes is easy to use, looks very professional, clients love it and the customer support is awesome!
Great Collaboration Tool!
Opmerkingen: I have been a Glasscubes user for over 5yrs and it is a great tool to help our team collaborate on a daily basis. The investments and enhancements made on the platform have allowed us to become more effective in reviewing, approving and collaborating on documents and topics. This makes prep time more effective and ensures when meeting in person we can focus on what matters. Thank you to the Glasscubes team for all that you do!

The fact that we can have different teams and different users have specific access to folders/spaces. Glasscubes offers an online secure platform to store all the information and documents you need, allowing you to work on them whilst they are being kept safe. It’s also a great platform to share files and help with zero paper waste. You can also access it from any computer or iPhone!
Minpunten:
The fact that only iPhone users can use the app effectively - android users need to log in on the web browser, limitations their operations in case they don’t have their laptop around.

Easy-Intuitive-supportive. Highly recommended

Pluspunten:
I work for an international NGO and we have staff and Board members in about 40 countries. We were finding that our former intranet platform was no longer fit-for-purpose and 'clunky'. Our users were disatisfied, so we had to change. We started testing out Glasscubes late 2016 and right away the support team have been answering our questions quickly. No question is ever too small. We moved our intranet over to Glasscubes in April, with full launch in June. The platform is so user-friendly and we have seen a great increase in engagement from our global staff in the short time we have been using it. It is so intuitive. Many of our staff use Facebook, so they can figure out how to use it with miminal training. The support pages are great and the live chat and admin forum are really useful for problem solving. Highly recommended if you are looking for a collaborative platform.

This is more difficult to complete. Not being able to label mutlipl documents are a time is a bit of a pain - but the glasscubes development team is looking into a fix for this.
Glasscubes - Intuitive and user-friendly online document and data management

Glasscubes is very user-friendly and intuitive to use. Lots of functionality to make document storage, version management, and collaboration easy.
Minpunten:
There are a few small aspects that I would like improvement on (e.g., the ability to delete/change your responses in a poll), but the Glasscubes team is very open to suggestions.
Best System to use

Glasscubes has made a massive impact on how we operate. The system is very user friendly and helps to store all documents in an organised way. The best part of it are the forms that can be created to accommodate our needs. If you face a problem or need support you always get a reply very quickly and helpful.
Minpunten:
The only thing I can think of, it is if you were using another system, it will take you time to build Glasscubes, but that is not related to them, it all depends on the amount of work you had before
We'd be lost without Glasscubes!
Opmerkingen: We use Glasscubes to manage and create thousands of assessments in order to train the healthcare scientists for the NHS. We have a distributed team of many hundreds of people that work together collaboratively and seamlessly across the NHS. Without Glasscubes our work would not be possible. Our teams are busy people that work on the front line in the NHS, by using a system like Glasscubes we save time, money and effort by allowing our teams to work together easily at times that work for them. I'm really not sure what we'd do if we didn't have Glasscubes.

Opmerkingen: Glasscubes is a pivotal tool in our business, the ease of use is second to none, our entire team from operations through to finance and business development rely glass cubes to access important information at the touch of a button. Fully customisable, it allows us to personalise our experience, as well as interacting with the homepage to share best practices, current industry trends and personal staff updates. Would rate it 6 stars if I could!
