It really stinks that there isn't an employee and contact database too. We also really needed a good video conferencing and screen sharing feature. There are some things that are frustrating, for example when I'm catching up on a conversation and someone sends a new message, it sends me back to the bottom of the thread. There is no option to delete old messages, you can only leave the entire chat and start a new one which requires all other team members to do so as well.
